BB Bold :: 9900 Handsfree Bluetooth Devices Unable To Connect?
Feb 17, 2012
I just updated and configured my brand new Bold 9900 OS 7.0 Bundle 2406 for my Bluetooth devices and two of them that previously worked have issues. They pair perfectly but both devices are unable to connect a ringing call, disconnect a call in progress or initiate a phone call. If I answer or place a call from the phone, the Bluetooth device engages but the voice is only one direction. I have tried turning Encryption on & off under the device properties and no difference. I have verified the one Motorola device is listed as Compatible with my bold so what's up here?
I have had my Droid for over 2 years and it has worked very well with my Acura HandsFree Link. Suddenly, it told me it was paired and could not connect. My husband's I-Phone (AT&T was worked with this car as long as my Droid has. But the HandsFree has no trouble connecting to his IPhone. My Droid also cannot find my husband's Plantronics hands-free earphone. The OS appears to be the latest version as I checked and no updates are available.
I have upgraded by Torch (AT&T) to release 6.0.0.2342. Since the upgrade I have been unable to reconnect my Bluetooth handsfree kit (Plantronics Explorer 240 headset). When I reboot the phone I can connect the bluetooth device but when I turn the bluetooth device off, the Torch will not reconnect to the device when I trun it back on unless I reboot the Torch. Also when the bluetooth device has been turned off the Torch still shows it as being connected flashing blue LED and on connection screen. When I try turn bluetooth off or disable it in the Blackberry it does not change state without a reboot (but always shows as OFF and will not return to ON or Enabled). I have tried both soft reboots (alt-shift-delete) and battery pulls. When bluetooth is locked up voice dialing app no longer works as well.
My Blackberry Bold 9900 is not turning on.Details: A battery pull has not fixed my problem.I tried using another 9900 battery, however it did not work.My battery does not work on other 9900 devices. There are no signs of moisture, nor has there been contact with water. The LED light doesn't show, nor does anything on the screen.
I am experiencing problems connecting WM600 Bluetooth Handsfree to my handset. I've made my WM600 discoverable n scanned it with my X10 mini pro over and over but it doesn't work.
My Bold 9900 shows Blackerry Internet Service BIS as Not Connected. See pictureAny idea what can be done to fix it?Location is Saudi Arabia, carrier is STC.
I am ubaleto pair the Nokia Bluetooth (BH 218) with blackberry bold 9900.previously i was using the older modelof bold and it worked with than model.I tried allpossibilities of activating the both the phone and the device stillit is not recognising the blue tooth deveice.
I have an iphone 4s and it will not connect to any of my bluetooth devices. I have a Jawbone, a Jabra Cruiser, and I recently bought an Arctic Sound Bluetooth Headset for the gym, neither one will connect. My iphone just keeps searching.
When trying to sync a Bluetooth device to the phone that is doesn't find the device? I have tried syncing my phone to my car, and they don't see each other, I tried syncing my S5 phone with my JayBird wireless headset and still they don't pair.
can the s6 pair with 2 separate bluetooth devices at once. one for music through my stereo and the other for hands free speaker, both in my car. ig it can pair with both, will it know to direct my music to one and when i get a call to direct it to my speaker
I currently have a hands free speaker in my car that is Bluetooth, and i am trying to replace my aux chord to the stereo with another Bluetooth receiver for my music. can the s6 connect to both devices at the same time? and would the phone know to direct the phone calls to the speaker and the music to the stereo?

I am trying to deploy some code to two Windows Phone 8 devices from Windows 8.Unfortunatey, the 920 and 820 are both not causing me some amount of trouble. When I plug the devices in it recognises them as Windows Phones and I can explore the files on the devices but when I press deploy on my code it says no Windows Phone 8 device detected. When looking in device manager there is two versions of the Nokia device I am using and an exclamation mark, update the drivers says "drivers not found online" and uninstalling the drivers just removes them but then after a restart the two versions both with exclamation marks pops up again.
In the logs I have found this:>>> [Device Uninstall (Device Manager) - USBVID_0421&PID_0661&MI_027&31C54B4D&0&0002]>>> Section start 2012/11/20 10:44:43.718cmd: "C:Windowssystem32mmc.exe" C:Windowssystem32devmgmt.mscdvi: {DIF_REMOVE} 10:44:43.723dvi: No class installer for 'RM-825|Nokia Lumia 820'dvi: No CoInstallers founddvi: Default installer: Enter 10:44:43.741dvi: {Remove DEVICE}dvi: InstanceID = 'USBVID_0421&PID_0661&MI_027&31C54B4D&0&0002'dvi: Query-and-Remove succeededdvi: {Remove DEVICE exit (0x00000000)}dvi: Default installer: Exitdvi: {DIF_REMOVE - exit(0x00000000)} 10:44:43.794<<< Section end 2012/11/20 10:44:43.800<<< [Exit status: SUCCESS][Boot Session: 2012/11/20 10:45:14.488]>>> [Device Install (DiShowUpdateDevice) - USBVID_0421&PID_0661&MI_027&31C54B4D&0&0002]>>> Section start 2012/11/20 10:48:59.372cmd: "C:Windowssystem32mmc.exe" C:Windowssystem32devmgmt.mscdvi: {DIF_UPDATEDRIVER_UI} 10:48:59.397dvi: No class installer for 'RM-825|Nokia Lumia 820'dvi: No CoInstallers founddvi: Default installer: Enter 10:48:59.413dvi: Default installer: Exitdvi: {DIF_UPDATEDRIVER_UI - exit(0xe000020e)} 10:48:59.422ndv: {Update Driver Software Wizard for USBVID_0421&PID_0661&MI_027&31C54B4D&0&0002}ndv: {Update Driver Software Wizard exit(000004c7)}<<< Section end 2012/11/20 10:49:07.746<<< [Exit status: FAILURE(0x000004c7)]Something is going wrong but I can't for the life of me think what it is, please note the cables and devices work as expected on another window 8 pc.
I have just got a Bold 9700 and am really starting to like this phone. But I cannot get the bluetooth to work properly. It will pair with my devices but will not connect to them. It says connection failed or connection not supported. It will not connect to my cars built in bluetooth either, I have a new 2010 galaxy and it accepts the cars passkey but will not connect. I Really need my phone to connect to my car. When I go to my paired device list and click on a device I do not get a connect option, which I have been told to use. I am on vodafone in the UK and have contacted them to see if they can help but they tell me they do not help with Blackberry's (funny that when they take my money for it) so I am unsure where to contact now for help.
I recently purchased the C2-00 (RM-704). I have thoroughly tested the phone and am happy with its features except for an issue with low volume while using bluetooth with a hands free car kit. I know it is a basic phone but the ability to use a bluetooth hands free car kit was one of my mandatory requirements The issue seems to only be the output volume through the cars' speakers. I do not have this issue with any other phone, including Nokia C2-01 and Nokia E71, and other non-Nokia devices. When making calls the other party seems to hear me fine, indicating that the microphone volume is OK, but it is very hard for me to hear the other party even at maximum volume. Due to the road noise I have even had to pull over and stop the car so that I can have a conversation, which totally defeats the purpose of having a bluetooth hands free car kit.
Ever since a new software download about 3 months ago I cannot connect my Jabra handsfree to my sensation. I can make the Jabra search for it but I have lost the option in my Sensation settings to "discover" a new handsfree device. It just sits there and times out. I go into my settings and get bluetooth on and it connects to the in car handsfree in my partners car but it can't find the jabra in my car.
I have an E71 and was using an old earphone for handsfree in car. Although the headphone is not high quality, it worked perfectly and I was well pleased. I attempted to use it recently but was surprised to find that my phone couldn't "see" the earpiece anymore. I have done the obvious things in bluetooth settings and even tried pairing another earpiece but still no joy.
My new galaxy 6 will not unlock the phone when I use my Bluetooth device. I can't find any setting that will over ride the lock. It works fine if the phone is not locked.
I have an Xperia z3 and I can't get it to pair through Bluetooth to a Mitsubishi Outlander. It pairs fine with other cars line Renault and Nissan but it keeps saying registration failed with the Outlander.
I have paired an iPhone to it but it keeps saying registration failed for my z3.
I'd like to connect my iphone 4s to my macs bluetooth. So when I get a call I should be able to use my macs mic and speakers for phone conversation I have seen bluephone elite but its outa date. Can this not be possible Apple products should be able to speak to each other.
