I am ubaleto pair the Nokia Bluetooth (BH 218) with blackberry bold 9900.previously i was using the older modelof bold and it worked with than model.I tried allpossibilities of activating the both the phone and the device stillit is not recognising the blue tooth deveice.
View 6 RepliesI recently got a Jabra Clipper BT headset +A2DP stereo headphone.Unfortunately, I am not able to pair the Jabra Clipper with my BB 9900 phone I've tried pairing with Nokia 5230 and it works perfectly ok and able to listen to music on it.So I'm sure that the headset is functionally working ok.I've tried several options to pair the BT headset with my BB 9900. The BB 9900 just does not discover the Jabra Clipper at All?

View 1 Replies View RelatedPreviously I was using a Bold 9700 handheld and was able to pair it with my Platronics 975 Discovery Bluetooth earpiece.Recently I changed to the Bold 9900 and was unable to pair the handheld with the same earpiece. I activated my Bluetooth in the 9900 in attempt to pair up the devices. But the 9900 was not able to detect the earpiece despite numerous attempts. I have checked and double checked to ensure both devices are switched on and the bluetooth is activated.Is the bluetooth in my 9900 malfunctioning?

Unfortunately, when I go to the Zune player or Xbox Live, the sound comes out the speakerphone on the Lumia 800, not the headset. I go back to phone or voicemail and the sound comes out the bluetooth headset.The MM450 headset also can be plugged into the phone with a 3.5mm cord, and the sound comes through the headset on all applications: phone, voicemail, Zune, Xbox Live.Is this a bluetooth issue with Windows Phone 7.5 or with the Lumia 800?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI just updated and configured my brand new Bold 9900 OS 7.0 Bundle 2406 for my Bluetooth devices and two of them that previously worked have issues. They pair perfectly but both devices are unable to connect a ringing call, disconnect a call in progress or initiate a phone call. If I answer or place a call from the phone, the Bluetooth device engages but the voice is only one direction. I have tried turning Encryption on & off under the device properties and no difference. I have verified the one Motorola device is listed as Compatible with my bold so what's up here?

It begins a search and I eventually have to just stop the search because it won't stop searching. A few sites list known compatability but I tried the blueant super 3 and it wouldn't work (which is one of the ones listed) a colleague has the motorola h500 ear piece and it works on her 380 but I would rather have a visor or clip than ear piece.
does anyone have a 380 that is paired with a visor? or does anyone know for sure? I live in a little tiny town with few options to try and I don't want to be ordering and returning a billion devices as I find they do not work.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought a Hyundai Elentra 2012 from last November and have been using my BB9900 with no issues with the car bluetooth.Once I start the car it would auto pair no issues at all.Right after the OS 7.1 update as I got in the car it said cannot pair. So I deleted both in phone and car and re paired. That connected but as soon as I shut the car off and try again it says on car menu pair failed. If I try and connect manually via the 9900 menu it says on screen cannot pair.The only way to pair it is remove both from each and re pair again.What did the OS 7.1 do to mess up th ebluetooth. By the way I have two phones and the iphone 4 pairs fine with the car so its not a car issue.Also why does BB not include the old rings tones. I have to always install it manually. I also notice the new OS use smuch more memory another 40+ mehs now I only have 140m free.

I have not yet tried my 920 with my car (Hyundai I40 Sport Sedan). Fear I might have the same problem then. I am aware there is bluetooth discussion going on on that subject, however have not yet seen any problem in pairing between two lumia models. The message I'm getting on my lumia 800 when trying to accept pairing is "not suported".

In the phone help section , it say I need to first assign a pin code to the phone and then enter the same number on the radio receiver and then start pairing .
I have looked all over and can not find any menu on my phone that let me input any pin number . I have tried numbers like 12345 and 1234 on the radio receiver but failed .
Does any one knows how to input the pin number . This apparently is not the Sim number .
This is a number we are supposed to come up with and input in both devices
I wish on both devices (mobile and headset) but I can search my headset on phone. Is it a bug of belle update or there is another way for me to connect both devices?

When I connect my new BB 9900 to my Audi A5 via bluetooth I have two problems. Before I explain let me also say that the phone Icon that is displayed on my Audi screen is different to the one I had with my BB 8310 Curve and my iPhone. Instead of a picture that looks like a phone its a picture of a phone with what appears to be a simcard showing inside of it. Does that mean anything?
Anyway, my two problems are:
1) I cant synch contacts. Ive deleted call lists, rebooted phone, re-paired debvice etc etc but no luck.
2) The worst problem of all....when I synch up the device to my Audi I cant do anything on the BB while its paired. Thats because there is a message on the screen saying something like "SAP access someting or other..." and to get rid of the message and look up a number or an email (not while driving of course) means I have to kill the bluetooth link..
Worst thing is I had an option to go with the iphone or the BB 9900. Im beginning to think I made the wrong choice..

I cannot pair it with any bluetooth headset, specifically it doesn't detect any bluetooth headset (I've tried with 3 different models). I'm sure Bluetooth is working 'cause I can connect the device to my PC. I've already tried everything, I've set in pairing mode both the headsets and the device but still nothing. I've tried "listen" mode and "search" mode yet nothing work.

i have just got the new Bold 9900 and paired/connected it to my bluetooth in the car. i've had multiple blackberry phones and never had an issue. now i find that when i start the car and the device is found, the car (not the phone) starts a call to a number.
the log on the RIM site said it was a known issue and had been escalated internally.
I am experiencing a major problem with my BB 9900. Whenever I tried to turn on the Bluetooth, it freezes the phone and shutting down and restarting the phone will not even resolve the problem. I must removed the Sim from phone before the phone can be working and immediately I re-inserted the sim, the phone freezes again.
The phone will not work again with SIM inserted except I wipe off the phone memory when sim is not inserted and reinstall it to a later day. More so, the WiFi does not comes up whenever I tried to turn it on. What could be done to get this phone back to the good working state.

I am trying to connect my computer to my BB using bluetooth so I can sync wirelessly. Bluetooth is enabled on my 9900 and my computer is a "paired device". However when I use the Desktop software and try to "add a bluetooth enable device" it can't find my phone.Also when I go through Devices and Printers on my computer I can see the phone (bluetooth is enabled on the computer) although there is a driver problem identified that windows can't fix.
