I have just had my email activated by using the Enterprise Activation function.Everytime I take the phone out of the pouch I have to put in my password. I am unable to disable the "Password Enabled" switch. How do I do this?

I have gone through password reset process but still blocking me with the message: Your account has been locked. Please try again after the lockout period has expired or call customer service.Any suggestions other than a call to technical desk. I've been researching forums and seems to be the case that lock is indefinite. Incidentally, I didn't see the option after 10 tries to enter word 'blackberry' but it was late at night and frustration had kicked in. Possibly I missed that.

I can't delete/press enter/anything.I have a new 9900 that I'd like to transfer the 9700's contents to. I have recently put a password for my blackberry so when it's locked you have to put a password to unlock it, however I also have a curve slider and to unlock that you also need a password but when I enter my password for the curve slider it freezes and now I cannot do anything, if I press the menu button it goes to the menu but when I click on something it goes back to the curve slider password.

No big deal, that's why we have the secondary password right? Nope. It said incorrect password every. Single. Time. So I got onto the device manager and for the first few days was not able to lock it because it was already locked....so I left it for a few days. NOW I am currently on the device manager and the option to lock the phone WILL let me set a new lock on the phone....so I tried it. I go to punch in the password on the screen of my phone and it still says it is incorrect. I have now tried this at least 5 times using the most simple passwords and it still says it is incorrect.
ITunes could not command to the iphone because it is locked with a password. You must enter your password on the iphone before it can be used with ITunes.
