When I take a pic with my 9650 camera, the pic does not immediately go to my memory card. I have to do a soft reset or a battery pull before the pix will show up on my card with all my other pics.
Is anyone else having this problem? I have already had TWO bolds and both of them did the same thing. I have looked at different settings i could change, but had no luck.
I've been trying to remove it for the longest and I can't seem to get it out. The sim card I was sorta able to remove.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI just got my 9650 yesterday. The saleswoman inserted my media card from my Tour (which had also been in my Curve 2). Everything seemed fine. This morning when I connected my Bold to the computer, I got a pop-up box on the BB which said, "Content rights do not match the device. Please insert the media card back to the right device."What's this all about? Nothing seems to be amiss with my media, although my pics do seem to be a bit slow to load when I try to view a whole folder.

But when I click picture with the camera and the storage option being Device, it gets stored and can be viewed in the picture list. Same thing happens with the Videos.

Yesterday I had some of my files hidden on my phone that I could not access. The files that I want went to the media card when hidden. I've searched google and tried some suggestions, but I still can't find them. First, is there a way to get to the media card directory? People say to go to explore, but I don't have this on my device i even went on my stock theme from att it takes u too explore but it still don't show my hidden pics what gives.
View 4 Replies View RelatedJust like it says, I'm not able to delete pics off my 16 gb card. Actually its more then that. When I press the menu key for options, in the section where " delete" and other options would be, all I show is properties. I've tested another card on my phone, no problems. I've tested this card on another 9700, same problem. Its definitely the card that is messed up. I've tried reformatting (won't let me reformat in my computer, I have to hook my bb up with it inside) and I still have the problem.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI discovered that when I click Media/Expore only the Device file folder displays. The Media file is gone. My camera had 400+ photos on it, and now it says only 16 pictures available, with 0 items in the Camera Pictures. Not only that, the flash is continually lit, and the device gets quite warm, and the battery runs low quickly. I had not recently done a back up, but when I did, it indicated that there were no photos to back up! There is no SD card installed, never had one. I have pulled the battery multiple times, even over night, and nothing is fixed. The camera was working the night before, and when I went to look at the pics the following morning, the flash light was on, and the file and all photos were gone!

View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen I upgraded my 9630 to my new bold 9650 I had a 16gb micro sd card in the 9630. I copied all of the files from my card to my computer, put the 16gb card in my 9650 and formatted the card. I then copied all of the files from my computer back to the sd card and put the card back in the 9650. All seems to be ok, I have my pictures etc. When I go to connect my BB 9650 to my computer I get a message on the BB that says: "Content rights do not match this device. Please insert the media card back to the right device." this only happens if I have the memory option set to "Auto enable mass storage mode storage set to NO" Any ideas?

i woke up this morning and tried to watch a Internet video. my phone froze, i turned it off then back on and now no videos on Internet or my phone will play and music won't either, it just displays an error occured while trying to play media or something like that.

Anyway, I have a 2gb card installed but under the settings and memory section it says no card found. is there a way of getting it to reconise the card as my phone says its only got 90MB of internal memorey left which wont do me as I use it as a mp3 player as well.

But as luck would have it i made it so complicated i forgot what i changed it to. My IT dept unlocked the devise the following day BUT the MEDIA CARD is asking me for the password to access my pictures. I have no idea what my password (the one i changed to) is and therefore cannot see any of the pictures from my wedding or my kids. I have several dozen pictures that were added to my new Curve 8530 from my old phone before I had an sd memory media card, so they're sitting in the internal device memory. How do I transfer them to the media card, and can I "select all" to move them all at once or do I have to go picture by picture?
Also, I use Desktop Manager for Mac. Is there any way I can move them around through my Mac Finder? Would I have to disable Mass Storage? In what situations would one enable or disable Mass Storage and MTP? (OK, that's probably a second topic; but I haven't found a good explanation of what it is.)
