I have been using my phone okay until recently, when I try to access items on my memory card via gallery/extras I get an error message " file format not supported" what could be the problem I cant even access pictures that I have taken using the phone, and it is still taking photos.I 'v tried switching on and off removing and returning the card but nothing!

1.i could not name the memory card it is having the name as "no name"
2.games given by nokia are not opening it is showing that they are only shortcuts.
Yesterday I downloaded Nokia Suite for Windows, and upgraded my phone to V 10.16. After that, i saw in my telephone, that I can't open my memory card which called Rokas, and memory`s card`s item is lock.. Then i press to open it, my telephone want me password, but i havent got it...

My problem is that I can't seem to install anything for want of space. My pictures are on the card, my music is on the card. Even so my card has about 1.65GB of free space yet I can figure out how to move applications to the card. I installed the Suite today for Windows and one of the things it does it bug me to update programs like Maps... sounds good in theory but my phone filled up half way thru the installation process. how I can offload everything to the memory card?

I have recently purchased a E63 in India. My earlier model was 9500 Communicator. I have transferred all the data from 9500 to E63 and all files etc. are opening properly, except files in the folder 'My Documents' which are 'Word' or 'Excel' files.
Whenever I try to open the file it says "File Format Not Supported".

View 1 Replies View Relatedi have problem in restoring data i backed up before upgrading the firmware from 4.62 to latest 7.23 and managing a full restore of my quite old supernova 7210, as i wasn't able to let nokia pc suite recognizing the phone (error every time i plug the phone).i created an internal nokia backup file (NBF) with messages, calendar, settings and contacts.i updated the firmware and now i'm trying to restore everything i need.now the issue: i'm able to restore "contacts", "settings" and "calendar", but when i check also "messages" option, after 2% of completion the phone told me that there's "no backup file available".what can i do now?i know those NBF files are zip files; is not possible to create a new backup file and merge the old messages folder "predefmessages", stored in the original NBF-zip file, into the new one?
