Please note format and reinstall is not an option since the restored data does not work. Awaiting a quick solution.

Aug 22, 2014I have an iPhone 4S. I was required by my employer to download an app, RSA SecurID, for another level of security when working from home. After I did this, I noted that my visual voicemail was not available. After searching for answers, I reset the network settings. Visual voicemail came back just fine. Now the phone won't accept the correct password for my wifi. Funny thing is, though, that it does "see" the old network name, which incidentally, had the same password. The network name still showed up on the list, so I tried it and it connected. My MBP is connected to the network just fine. I have tried resetting the router, turning the phone off and on, turned wifi off and on in the General Settings. It just fails to connect.

Apr 21, 2012Having bought an iphone (G3) and tried to connect to the network, it shows me the HUB No., which corresponds to the number on the back of my router.
It then asks me for a password. I assume this is the one also on the back of the router. However when I enter this I get a message 'Unable to connect to network'
Consequently if I use my phone to get to the internet, I am charged.

May 21, 2012Just changed ISPs (from Orange Wanadoo to BTInternet. Had the 'engineer' come out and do all the connecting stuff because I ALWAYS get it wrong. He said he had connected everything and all would be OK.
But it isn't. I wanted to check email on my iPhone, and it wouldn't. Took my phone to an O2 shop (where I bought it from) and bloke there got it going eventually.
Back home, I want to download the BTFON app, but when I enter my iTunes password, it is rejected. Can't understand what is going on, and getting very, very angry with it because virtually nothing works like it did.
what to do to get my iPhone to accept an app download from iTunes?

May 22, 2012whenever i try to connect any password protected wi-fi iPhone says 'incorrect password' soon after i realize that even bluetooth doesnt accept any device which are password protected and i recieve same error, im not sure but i think it happened after 5.1.1 update, i tried everything but nothing happened, things i tried are below;
- tried different routers/modems
- tried different iPhones (which are connected but mine NO)
- reset Network via iPhone
- hard reset
- tried different kinds (WEP, WPA etc) and combinations of password
- tried different channels (12-13-11-9-Auto etc)
None of them above solved my problem now im trying restore, it will take sometime i guess (internet speed is low) im using iPhone 4s ios 5.1.1

Please try again after the lockout period has expired or call customer service.Any suggestions other than a call to technical desk. I've been researching forums and seems to be the case that lock is indefinite. Incidentally, I didn't see the option after 10 tries to enter word 'blackberry' but it was late at night and frustration had kicked in. Possibly I missed that.

May 1, 2012I finally installed blackberry desktop so that I could upload some music to my 9360. When I hooked up my phone it asked for my password which I entered only it hasn't accepted it. I'm now down to my final go and don't really want to end up wiping my phone, I know I probably should have stopped trying sooner but I was frustrated.
It appears that the desktop software has changed my password, is there some sort of default it would have changed it to or am I destined to lose all the data on my phone?
