IPhone 5s :: Won't Connect To ITunes On MacBook Computer

So My iphone wont connect to my macbook computer at all, like it wont even charge or show up or anything. Im trying to connect it to itunes but it doesnt even show up. Ive tried everything My itunes is all up to date and my iphone is all up to date but it just doesnt recognize it. I know it's a problem with my Iphone 5s because I know my USB works and my connector cord works because I connected my ipod touch and it synced and charged perfectly.

Iphone is not recognized by itunes or iphotos when i plug it computer (mac book air). Ipad sync is working though. Tried removing and reinstalling itunes, tried turning off and on mobile, restarted mac. nothing worked!

I tried the rm -r var/root/Mobile command through terminal, like others have suggested. However, when I plug my phone into my computer, iTunes still keeps repeating the same message. Is there any way to fix this problem without doing a restore? At this point it would be a huge hassle.

My IPhone 3G doesn't connect to Itunes. I have the most recent version of Itunes on Windows Vista. My Phone only registers on my computer as a camera. So I follow the troubleshooting steps on this page (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538) and I realize that my issue is that my Apple Mobile Device Driver does not appear in device managers. I follow all of the steps to install it, but when I try and install the "usbaapl.inf" from the folder " C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleMobile Device SupportDrivers." I get a message saying: "The folder you specificied doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for 32 bit systems"

Whenever I connect my iPhone 3G to my computer, iTunes freezes and is forced to quit.I've tried the following:Re-installing iTunes, iPhone drivers.Used different USB ports.Restarting the computer/iPhone.The first time this happened, I was told that Apple Mobile Device Support had stopped working. Whenever I end AMDS in task manager, iTunes alerts me that AMDS needs to be active, but iTunes doesn't crash. I've used the Error Viewer and the iTunes error number is 1002 (Application Hang). There is no error information for AMDS.I'm using an activated iPhone 3G on firmware 2.2 and my OS is win 7.

I've been trying to connect my iphone to my macbook but it just would'nt be detected. I have tried different cables and computers but my iphone is still undetectable. It pretty clear that its my phone that has an issue rather than my computer. Also, i was using a rather loose usb cable and it frequently detaches itself from the phone with slight movement. When it happens, ill receive some error message for unplugging incorrectly, is that a possible cause for this and what will be the solution for that?

I just got a 4 phone. I rolled everything over from my 3 phone which now has it's own number. Can I sync and maintain BOTH phones from my MacBook or must I use another computer to maintain the 3 now that the 4 will be my primary phone?

I just purchased the new iphone 4s a few weeks ago, and haven't been able to get my Macbook Pro to detact it when I plug the phone into my computer. I've tried multiple usb-to-iphone cords and none of them are working. Neither the computer nor itunes are detecting that a device is plugged in at all.
I've maxed out my photos/videos storage on my phone and have no way to move them from my phone to my computer. I tried communicating to my phone from laptop via bluetooth, but it won't work either (though computer detects phone and vice-versa, the connection isn't successful in the end)
I really want to be able to connect my iphone via usb
My MacBook Pro is OS X Version 10.6.8
Is there a requirement for my macbook to upgrade to another system before it will read my iphone 4? That sounds like a racket to me.

I just got a new macbook pro and I have mostly made it similar to my old mac (I did it manually cause I didn't want to copy every little thing from the old mac so I didn't use migration assistance except for the applications).Anyways, I even took my old itunes folder from my old computer and replaced it over the current itunes folder. So that made itunes show up exactly like it did on my old computer (kept my playlists that told me when I added a song).
Problem:
I just connected my iphone right now just to see what would happen (like would it wipe it clean, look at it as a guest iphone, be able to recognize it).Except, the iphone doesn't recognize it is plugged into a computer (it starts charging but doesn't say syncing or anything) and itunes acts like nothing got plugged in at all. They totally are not making any recognition that they are connected (The iphone is treating the laptop like a plug in the wall charger basically).
How do I get itunes to recognize there is an iphone connected to it?
I just want to add if it helps, I just tried my ipod (though I haven't synced the ipod in a while) and it recognizes it (and it does not recognize it as a new ipod but as what I named it and everything). And my old computer recognizes my iphone fine.

I'm trying to get my iphone 4s and my macbook paired with bluetooth so I can use Itunes Remote. Here's what I'm trying to do, I have a wedding at an apple orchard with no wifi and I want to be able to qeue the music thats on my macbook (connected to Bose speaker system) from my iphone. My iPhone will not sync to iTunes and transfer all the music i've downloaded to my iPhone. it does not even recognize that my iPhone exists on my macbook. I have updated my computer and iPhone. turned both devices on and off. unplugged my router and plugged back in. removed 3rd party anti-virus software (as others have mentioned that). i even took it tot he apple store to plug it in to their computers and their computers recognize it.

When I tried to connect my iPhone 5S to it, the phone won't connect and keeps on connecting and disconnecting continuously.
I tried connecting the phone to other Macbook Pro Retinas - The same problem.Â
