Iphone is not recognized by itunes or iphotos when i plug it computer (mac book air). Ipad sync is working though. Tried removing and reinstalling itunes, tried turning off and on mobile, restarted mac. nothing worked!

iphone 4 won't turn on. I press top button and still nothing. I plug it in and there is a pic of plug and itunes logo. I hook it to my computer and itunes comes up and says it has detected a iphone in recovery mode. It asked if I want to restore so I hit restore button and it starts extracting. When done extracting, a messages comes up and says this iphone can not be restored error 1656. What can I do now? I bought this phone new in October. It has not been damaged in anyway. It started one morning after charging all night.

I know that photos taken on iPhone will Photo Stream to iCloud and appear in my MacBook Pro's iPhotos, but I was wondering if it is possible to store my iPhotos from my MacBook onto my iCloud. I have over 10,000 photos in my MacBook iPhoto that aren't backed up anywhere else, and I am hoping that Apple offers a solution to stream these to iCloud in case my MacBook were ever to break down or be stolen. I would hate to lose all of those photo memories!

So My iphone wont connect to my macbook computer at all, like it wont even charge or show up or anything. Im trying to connect it to itunes but it doesnt even show up. Ive tried everything My itunes is all up to date and my iphone is all up to date but it just doesnt recognize it. I know it's a problem with my Iphone 5s because I know my USB works and my connector cord works because I connected my ipod touch and it synced and charged perfectly.

So i'm trying to charge my iphone with my macbook, and not having much luck. It's not even recognizing it, so i'm unable to sync or add songs through itunes. I thought it did briefly yesterday, but can't recall. The iphone is currently almost dead at 3%...does that have something to do with it? I'm really hoping someone can help me. My phone will not connect to my pc when trying to update using sony ericsson pc companion.I have been unable to update it with the last two updates and in my desperation last night to make my phone work I have backed up using my backup after reading that the sony ericsson backup app won't work after the update, and then restored factory settings. It hasn't fixed it. It still won't work.
I should also add that I have tried this on 3 computers and they have all said the usb device is not recognized. It is clearly my phone. It has very recently been having problems charging in all chargers however this problem has been going on for a lot longer!This is driving me insane. Before this I loved my phone, despite the many faults!!

I've been trying to connect my iphone to my macbook but it just would'nt be detected. I have tried different cables and computers but my iphone is still undetectable. It pretty clear that its my phone that has an issue rather than my computer. Also, i was using a rather loose usb cable and it frequently detaches itself from the phone with slight movement. When it happens, ill receive some error message for unplugging incorrectly, is that a possible cause for this and what will be the solution for that?

it will not charge. I've been scouring the internet for the last few hours and have been trying to figure it out.
