Sep 1, 2014
I have a Iphone 5c. My phone was working fine and fully charged. I have a dim back light on the screen. Cannot get the phone to do anything. won't go off. Won't come on all the way. What can I do?
Info:
iPhone 5c, Dim light on screen.Won't power dow
I having the problem after update my X10 to android 2.1. I found that my screen light sensor (which actually works b4 under different environment lighting) and the LED notification light (it works b4 while I got the missed call or sms) do not work after update to android 2.1... One more is, the screen color gradation seem worst that b4...is it normal?
I've just bought a 5230 and I'm really annoyed that I don't have the functionality my E51 had where if it was really dark the screen would dim down. This is an important thing to me since I tend to read at night and I dislike having to go all the way to settings and so on.
Do you know any piece of software that could change screen brightness based on the light sensor readings?I'm just amazed the phone software doesn't do that on its own but hey s60v5 is worse than s60v3...
Is there anyway to get rid of light screen scratches? On not sure where they came from, but they're driving me crazy. I didn't get them over 3yrs on my last iPhone, without a screen protector so I'm not sure exactly why they'd popped up.
I have an iphone 4S and while i'm using the map the screen goes dark in less than an minuet and i have to touch it to keep it light. How do keep it light while i'm using the map?
Some of the stripes are lighter, almost white. They are all exactly the same size. For example, when I log into Facebook, the stripes are right in the middle, where the logo is. I've tried to reboot and turning it off it but nothing changes. I have dropped it few times but no cracks.
I have a light blue spot on my iphone 4 screen and it has been there since I made my first update. I've tryed ''stuck pixel fix'' or ''dead pixel fix'' but none worked.
My iphone is brand new, only 1 month since i baught it.
My screen keeps scrolling down automatically when a bright light hits the screen. Make it hard to use outside. Trying to make a phone call, read text, email, or even just scrolling through apps is very difficult because the screen scrolls down to the very bottom very quickly. When I scoll back up, it scrolls right back to the bottom. When I'm not outside or a bright glare is not on the screen it works great.
My Phone is stuck on the apple screen will not load up and I tried to restore it and it says it cannot restore and the led light on the back will not cut off.
my blackberry has been doing this thing lately where i'm using it and it just turns off without letting my know battery is low (and it usualy isn't even low) and today I recieved a phone call, I was speaking on the phone for less that a minute when it turned off.I tried to charge it and turn it back on, and now it's on, working (i'm still recieving messages etc) but theres nothing on the screen, it's completely black, not even a red lighttried taking the battery out, tried charging, nothings working It's had no water damage at all.
I have an AT&T V10 and I have noticed recently that the phone will not light up after a phone call. I assume it's an issue with the proximity sensor. I thought there was a service menu where you could check and see if it was stuck, but I cannot seem to find it.
My phone ( sony xperia z3 black ) dropped from 1m 60. after that the screen turned black and there wasn't any sound. as soon as i plug it into the charger ( original and working) the massage-light turns red and it stays red until I unplugg the phone.
Today as I was listening to the radio (thru an app), i wanted to unblock it and the screen didn't react, I could rise and lower the volume and I tried to plug it to the charger and the light that appears when charging, worked too but the screen kept being black.
I finally decided to press the little red button next to the Sim card and the phone started working fine again, in fact I'm writing from the device, but i wanted to know if I shud worry about this happening (it was the first time ever), or maybe was it because it heated up because I used the radio app too much?( I used it during the morning for like 2,5h and in the afternoon 2h more...
Is there anyway I can set the phone so that screen turns on to notify me of notification. I know the led turns on but the led is so small I miss it. Also the notification sound is low I miss hearing that too unless I double tap the screen to wake it up. Is it possible for the screen to wake up?
when i move the door of the gamepad after about 4 mm of moving it the screen of the phone goes black but the touch is still working but the screen is black and to make the light on i have to push the power button twice as i make the phone off and then on !!. and also if i opened the door and then close it at the samr point the same thing happen i download a fesh software from the sony pc companion but the problem is the same?
I downloaded and updated my phone with the 31.023 update as my phone suggested i did. It reset, upgraded and looked to have completed the update.now my screen doesn't light up when active. So basically, i can't see anything on my screen. I've tried changing light settings, restoring to factory settings, redoing the software upgrade (which says there is a sync problem.
I noticed that phone works when the screen is illuminated, but when display light goes out screen freezes.I can not answer calls. I can not turn off reminder. When I press lock button (lock switch) the screen lights up and working fine until display light goes out.If I turn light off with lock switch I do not have that problem. I have V 22.0.110 and auto. keyguard on off.The problem with the screen freezing is very annoying if I forget to press lock button.
I have a Blackberry Tour 9630 for Sprint and I plugged it into my iMac last night to charge via USB and it was perfectly fine the whole time. When i woke up in the morn (the comp also went to sleep all night long) the phone screen was blank (black) and the red LED light was solid with no blinking. I unplugged the phone and the screen stayed blank and the light stayed on. I pressed the power button on the phone and the screen showed the little clock with rotating hands (like it was processing something) and then it went blank again and the LED light came back on.It did this 3 times before i took the battery out.I left the battery out for about 25mins and when i put it back in nothing happened at all. I pressed the power button and still nothing. The only thing that happens is when i plug it back in the comp, the solid red LED light comes back on - but still nothing on the screen.Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas for me? Did i fry the battery by leaving it plugged into a dormant comp?
I wanted to use my Blackberry, so I took it out. I pressed the back button, so my screen would show. The screen was black, so I decided to press the end call button (Red). Still, nothing seemed to light up, the screen was black. So I removed my battery, put it back in. The LED light turned red for a couple of minuets, then turned off but the screen was still black. Tried connecting it to my USB Cable to the computer + the charge cable, but both to no prevail. I then thought maybe my screen is just temporarily bugging, maybe a call would do the trick. I tried calling my phone, but it went straight to voicemail. (Meaning the phone is off). The LED light shows, so what could be the problem?
When putting in my battery, my phone wont turn on, it comes up with a red light but no loading screen comes on. However this morning the loading screen did come on but 5 minutes later a white screen came up
My blackberry curve when turned on has a white screen and sometimes has a red light. the alarm on my phone still goes off so i presume it still works but how do i get my screen back or do i need a new screen?
