May 11, 2012I keep getting a pop up box on my iPhone asking me to enter my password - and the apple id does not match mine. I click 'Cancel' but it keeps reappearing and interfering with other apps. What did I do to get this and what do I do to get rid of it? Is it someone or something phishing for my password? The only app I recently downloaded was PF Chang's and I got that directly from the App Store.

Sep 24, 2011My daughter recently upgraded her Blackberry and gave me her old 8900 after she had transferrred all data to her new phone. She was on a Vodaphone contract.I removed my Pay-as-you-go sim card from my old Motarola and fitted it, everything fine, 8900 up and running. All my contacts appeared but when I go to add or edit a contact , I cannot enter the Add Contact screen, I can open any of the contacts (edit dos'nt work either) but cannot open said Add Contact screen!!

Jul 30, 2015I bought my xperia z3 a few months ago and I decided I want to root it. I got as far as unlocking the bootloader but now that I need to put it into recovery mode I found out I can't. I have tried multiple methods, the power off then power on while pressing the volume bottons and other variations of that. I also tried usind android-sdk the "adb reboot recovery", and it took awhile to figure that out and once i got it to work all it did was reboot the device. It did not go into reovery mode, I don't get an LED light when i power the phone on like most of the guides say I should be getting. I'm getting really frustrated, I've searched far and wide on the internet for a similar problem and all of the instances i have found have been on rooted phones so the fix is easy, this phone has never been rooted, only the bootloader has been unlocked.

Sep 1, 2011I just updated my BB 9700 for the first time (511 updates to be exact). The upgrade is currently at 11 out of 12 upgrades and it is taking about 45 minutes to initialize before it gives me the message: "The desktop loader is unable to connect to the device, you may need to enter a password on the device."
The BB is not asking for password and I do not have any password protection on it. I have unplugged the USB from computer and the phone, reconnected and clicked retry and it continues to give me the same message 45 minutes later. I am freaking out a bit because it cleared all my contacts off and I believe the process it is trying to do is to restore that information.

Jul 2, 2012 I changed my apple id (email address) in itunes but when I got to update apps or do anything that requires my password it always pops up with my old apple id. Aug 25, 2014I recently got a new email address because my old email address was deactivated. I am now unable to log on to that email address. I updated my Apple ID to my new apple id on my mac and it worked fine! However, when I got on my iPhone I was immediately instructed to enter my password to my old apple id on iCloud, and when I did it was denied. It will not let me log out of my old apple id without the password, and my password does not work for it now that I changed my email address. I have literally tried everything. I reset my phone, and was still prompted to enter the apple Id from my old email address, I even put my phone into recovery mode and reset it. However, after all of this it is still not working.
