IPhone 4s :: During Facetime Voice Not Heard By Other Person Properly
Jul 1, 2014
I am using iPhone 4S with iOS 7.1.2. During a Facetime video call, my voice is not heard by the other person properly. However, during a Facetime audio call or Skype call with microphone, everything is fine. I am also able to record sound without any problems.
I recently updated my 5s to iOS 7.1.1. Now when I make a phone call I cannot hear a ring. The other person does answer so the call is going through, but I cannot hear the ring in my earpiece.
I have recently bought a new iphone 4 and after a month or so of use, it began to drop calls or my voice wasn't heard by the person on the other end. I could hear them perfectly fine, but my voice was either very faint or not able to be heard.
I have restored my phone to factory settings, but doing this did not solve the problem. I live overseas and my provider is Vodaphone. It isn't a signal/carrier problem. Is this something that can be fixed by being serviced, or will I probably have to get a new phone all together? It's really frustrating, as I bought a factory unlocked phone to use in Turkey.
When i make a call or receive a call i am not being heard by the other person on the phone.I just recently went and got my phone replaced and now i can't communicate with anyone because of this issue. Any words of wisdom? i'm wondering if it is just the phone or something happened with my speaker.
When using the telephone function of my XPRT, my voice sometimes cannot be heard by the person I am speaking to. This happens after I have connected to the other caller and after at least 10 - 30 seconds of conversation. It happens when I have a strong signal (5 - 6 bars) and even when I am stationary. Ultimately, the other caller can usually hear me again.
so i jailbroke my wifes phone and mine. when she calls me, it goes through fine over 3g, using my3g. but when i try calling her, the moment she accepts, it errors on my end saying she is busy. anyone else get this and have a fix?also it only lasts about a minute before getting disconnected
I have recently got the iphone 4s brand new tried calling my friend who also got the same but when contacting via FaceTime we can only see our own face not each other. Please help figure this out. We are both in uk.
How can I fix this issue, when some calls me or I make a call the other side can't hear me well its like deep voice but if I make it loudspeaker can hear me normally no issue. The phone is new Z5 premium.
Trying to use face time to video conf from Iphone4 (not 4s) to IPad3. There is great video but no audio on iphone4 reception. IPad3 is picking up both video and audio from iphone4. Is this a user problem or is it a known problem with fix pending or for that matter? If user problem, how can I adjust Iphone to accept the audio?
whenever I call or receive call I can listen to the one I am talking to very well..but my voice never reaches properly to others in my lolipopbupdatef Xperia z2?
Just received my hs-700 headset in the mail, now the issue is whenever I try to say a command, it ends up calling 1 person. over and over and over and over again. It doesn't recognize any commends. I'm speaking 100% clear and coherent for it to understand me. It was working at first when I tried calling that one person. It asked me to confirm whether or not I wished to call home or his mobile, I chose mobile. Now anyone I try to call through the exact same voice command (hold button down 2 seconds to initialize voice sequence, then say call and person's name), it calls the same guy!
I have Nokia 5130c-2 Mobile, last three days onwards my mobile is not functioning properly it auto starts voice training , low volume and keypad is not function.
A few days ago, out of the blue, I lost the ability to be able to hear or be heard when on a call on my iPhone 4. On a call, no matter which output I use, earpiece, earphones or speaker, I cannot hear the person on the other end speaking, and they cannot hear me talking. My phone will ring if someone is calling, and if I call someone their phone will connect, but from there I am completely muted/in silence. I do not believe this is a hardware related issue as I have tested both the microphone and speaker/s by making a Skype call to a friend which worked absolutely fine. I can also play music from my phone successfully through all of the iPhone outputs mentioned above. This is a super frustrating issue as I haven't dropped the phone or damaged any of the hardware. The only one software related thing I notice that is out of the ordinary is that when I do make a call, the 'speaker' icon is selected by default. Obviously I have attempted to deselect it, but have had no success in this making any difference.
I have a new problem after 7.1.2, when I get a phone call, I cannot hear or be heard on the phone, but if I put it on speaker... it's fine. So what's up?
Whenever I put the phone on a surface (when the unit is in horizontal position and not on hand), I hear a rattling sound. Also when I shake it, I hear a rattling sound near the camera. What could it be? Should I take it on the store? Or is it just normal?
I have my FaceTime set up on both devices, wifi on full bars, but it says FaceTime failed when I call. I also call from both devices at once and it makes no difference. I know the information is correct.
