Mar 11, 2012My Ray battery always speed to zero after reaches 20% mark. When it reaches 20% the phone will shut down itself. It's like the battery power runs out to 0% in few seconds after reaches 20%. Is there anything wrong with my phone?

Oct 28, 2010Just received my hs-700 headset in the mail, now the issue is whenever I try to say a command, it ends up calling 1 person. over and over and over and over again.It doesn't recognize any commends. I'm speaking 100% clear and coherent for it to understand me. It was working at first when I tried calling that one person. It asked me to confirm whether or not I wished to call home or his mobile, I chose mobile. Now anyone I try to call through the exact same voice command (hold button down 2 seconds to initialize voice sequence, then say call and person's name), it calls the same guy!

Sep 2, 2014When i turn up the volume to high (when it goes red on the volumebar on screen) i cannot turn it down again via volume buttons.
I can turn up to maximum and turn down to where the red level begins, but i cannot turn down below the red line. Between, if i use the volume settings on screen, theres no problems.
If i turn down below high settings i can adjust via buttons fine but as soon as i get up to high again it wont turn down via buttons. Its the same with buttons on phone and on headset. I have done a full reinstall of iphone with no change to the problem.

Aug 31, 2011I recently tryed updating my phone, i had to cancel it as it took along time, i then tryed to put the phone on but now it goes to the point of showing the sony erricson sign and then it comes up with a half blank screen and then a weird pattern on the bottom, then after a few seconds it switches itself off. does anyone know anything i can try. i have taken the battery out, the sim card the memory card and tryed to restart from computer and the mains and its still the same.

May 1, 2012I've had an experia ray since Sept 2011 and have problems connecting to my wifi at home since. I'm now on my third handset as my phone provider think that will fix the problem.
I've googled this problem and tried the static IP address route which didn't help. I've reset the phone, done a phone repair, removed and re-enabled security on my router. Nothing helps.
The problem seems to be that the phone continually scans for new networks, so it will connect to my wireless, scan for new, disconnect then reconnect constantly. So if I try access anything web based, I maybe have to try 5 or 6 times before I'm lucky enough for it to be trying right at the moment it's connected.

Sep 2, 2015Recently my z3 is not charging properly.I have checked the plug and USB cable with another phone and both are fine. The light at the top left of my z3 that indicates it's connected and charging keeps going off and on and also the charge level does not seem to go above 50% regardless of how long I charge it.

Oct 1, 2010 few days ago I've made a discussion here about the GPS of my Mini, that wasn't working good after an update. Before the update, it got locked on 30 seconds(max) in a cold start, and in a normal start, in about 5~10 seconds. After the update in the same conditions and same place, in a cold start, it takes around 1~2 minutes, and in a normal start it takes around 30 seconds. That's not normal, my friend has a Mini too and he is with the same firmware and his lock time on a cold start is around 25~30 seconds and on a normal start 5~10 seconds. I get the phone to the SE assistance, after 1 day they told me that was a firmware trouble and updated it again, but the phone still the same.
What should I do?
