Dec 11, 2014My iphone 4s screen is stuck on a picture of the usb plug with an arrow pointing toward the itunes icon. we discontinued our account with at&t and need to reset this phone to factory settings. I pluged it in to my computer but nothing happened. Brought up itunes, nothing. No reset instructions and the screen never changed. When we originally tried to clear out the info it told us we had to update itunes and we did. Now......stuck.

I can't afford to be buying new hardware and it would seem that my iphone is capable of creating and using a cloud. Jun 26, 2012my iphone 4s shows a notification under "settings - general - software update" it has an image of a number 1 beside it. i understand that it needs a software update and i currently running iOs 5.1, but when i start to click the "software update" the phone then checks for update but it tells that my software is up to date. and still leaves the small image of a number 1 in a red circle at the upper right portion of "settings" what should i do to update the version of my iOs into 5.1.1 ? and to get rid of the "red number 1 image" which indicates notification. i am downloading the latest version of iOs(5.1.1) in itunes but is it really 802.8MB? its kind of huge..

Sep 20, 2011It seems every time a contact on my twitter account changes its profile picture, Motoblur simply do not show it anymore neither on the widget or the Motoblur app that the widget calls. In place of the precedent picture I then get the gray generic anonymous shadow. I'm not sure it is froyo related, but it sure started after the upgrade. I can imagine the issue coming from the Blur service on the servers and not from the phone itself.

What's going on? It's never had this issue before. Granted, it is a refurb (3rd one) that has carried with it the software issues of my original 4s (exceedingly annoying; it has all sorts of little annoying issues), but it has never continuously failed to back up.
