Can't figure out this status indicator. Looks like a circle with a little arrow pointing down and a little red star like the ones next to a new message. What kind of message is this. Can't find it anyway in BB info.
View 3 RepliesA new icon has just appeared. no idea what/how it arrived.it is a circle with an arrow pointing towards south west (if it were a compass). It also has a red dot on the top right hand side of the circle.Has anyone experienced this and know what it is?

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy iphone 4s screen is stuck on a picture of the usb plug with an arrow pointing toward the itunes icon. we discontinued our account with at&t and need to reset this phone to factory settings. I pluged it in to my computer but nothing happened. Brought up itunes, nothing. No reset instructions and the screen never changed. When we originally tried to clear out the info it told us we had to update itunes and we did. Now......stuck.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an icon on my 8520 which is a little circle with an arrow going in. Looks like a red star on the outer circle where the arrow crosses the circle. At the moment it has a 1 next to it also. Kind of looks like a firewall for mail? That is a complete guess on my part though, anyone have an icon like this? I have also lost my caller ID but think this is not related and is my provider rather than phone settings, they are all correct.
I recently installed the "mylookout" application with the AntiVirus scanner, not sure if it is connected with this at all?

After I read the message and save or delete it the message light still flashes. Why is this and why won't the light stop flashing? The only way I can get it to stop flashing is take the battery out and put it back in. Verizon is my carrier and it is a Verizon 9650 phone.

I bought a BB 9650 unlocked from Verizon, and i am using it in Canada with Fido, and when i get phone calls from people, it shows up as unknown number, but i realize i have these people numbers stored on my contact list super weird.
I have a Blackberry Curve with OS 6 installed. I have a yellow envelope that has a white circle (and blue or green figures on the circle) on the lower left corner that shows where the message waiting indicators show up. I'm guessing it is an unread message indicator but I can't find any messages that haven't been opened. They don't show on the list of unopened messages either.
