We have a ton of music on our desk top computer ( a regular PC, NOT a mac) and I want to be able to add that library to MY iphone 4S. How can I do that? My husband has a separate Apple ID for HIS iphone. Am I able to ADD his Apple ID to my phone so that we can share the music. What are my options??

it is possible to transfer your music library from a 1st gen Ipod touch to your itunes library on a Mac book pro. I have alomost 3000 songs as well as playlists on my Ipod and cant find anyway to transfer theses to my itunes library, meaning i can't add them to my 4s.

After adding files to my N79 using the Mass storage option in mu Music Folder, my N79 is refusing to add the song into th music library. can anyplease help me in regards to this issue.

I used to use a PC to sync my iPhone but recently but a MacBook. Now when I try to sync my iPhone with the MacBook it says my iPhone is synced with another iTunes Library and if I continue everything on my phone will be erased and synced with the library that has nothing in it. I have over 400 songs and don't want to lose them
View 1 Replies View RelatedHaving some issues accessing or even finding the photos stored on my device. iPhone 4S iOS 5.1 Image Capture only sees the "Camera Roll" (500 or so pictures in there) but I can't access anything else. Here's how my Photo Library is structured on my device:
Camera Roll (518)
Photo Library (2,385)
Old Camera (741)
Old Library (1,644)
I can't access the last three using Image Capture, iPhoto - can't even find any of these photos via 3rd party file browser utilites. I've also mounted the iPhone to disk but can't find photos anywhere. (I've tried showing/hiding hidden files in OS X - still nothing)

since my upgrade to the 4s, my newly installed apps are not transferring to my iTunes library. The error message says that they are not authorized on my computer. When I follow the authorization instructions (store>authorize>authorize this computer, it doesn't change the situation.

It seems that the Music Library in my iPhone is messed up: some songs do not play, when playing others they jump to a different one, etc.....while others play ok. Everything is ok though in my PC (iTunes) and my iPod. I would like to completely erase the Music Library from my iPhone and sync it back again after.

I sync photo albums from my HD to my iPhone using iTunes and the albums show fine on the phone,but I can't get rid of the golly darn PhotoLibrary album. The hard drive of my computer recently died and with all my itune music library as well as my custom ringtones with it. I have now recreate all my custom ringtones and put them into a folder call Tones on my desktop. However, I cannot add the folder back into the itune library even after going through the itune add folder function on itune 10.6. Is this a known problem for the itune 10.6? The old itune on my dead hard drive has a folder called tones under the library. The itune 10.6 does not have that folder.

Have an iPhone 4 wich is synced to an iMac, sync includes, iCal, contacts, notes, music, photo's, movies, music, etc... The works.Problem is, I am currently travelling with my Macbook Air, with no library or syncs, and need to add an additonal Movie onto my iPhone, I realise if I connect it to my macbook, and check *Manually manage.. It will wipe the photos, music, movies etc, I am obivously avoiding this at all costs.My iCloud only holds my iCal, and contact info, so that is not an option either.
