Nov 5, 2012In every single call the phone resets the in call volume to max. I set the volume to the lowest in every call but phone resets it back to maximum volume in next call automatically.
It's a horrible nuisance to reduce the volume each time and my ear now hurts badly. Though I reduce the volume each time, the first one or two sounds are still loud before volume reduction.

Jan 5, 2015the screen stays blank or doesn't change and it doesn't ring noise, it just vibrates, i cant see who is calling and when they have hung up the phone the phone continues to vibrate and the light continue s to flash them the phone is frozen and I have to reset, and after I have clicked the reset button the back screen is very with the option to reset stays up but I'm am able to use the phone for a bit. The phone also turns off on its own. The load speaker isn't working. When I make a call, it doest ring on my end, but the person I'm calling receive s the call, but neither of us can hear anything then the phone freezes.

Xperia Z2 :: Call Goes To Speaker Automatically
Apr 22, 2015I know that this issue was reported before, but I need to inform that it is not solved (or we are dealing with a regression bug): [URL] .... use Xperia Z2 (D6543) and sometimes when I answer a call, it goes straight to loudspeaker.
This problem does not happens often (so it is a pain to reproduce it), but is seems to happen when I receive a call while the phone is in standby for a long period (about 4 hours).
When that happens, the loudspeaker button does not display as selected, so to disable it I need to double hit the button to change the audio output (the first hit re-enables it, and the second disables it).
Currently, I am using Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, and Google Chrome 42.0.2311.111. I did not try to disable Chrome yet, but I am afraid this is not an option for me. Instead of this, I would be glad if this issue became addressed by Sony developers again.

Nov 14, 2011I purchased the new Xperia Neo V last Saturday only. As soon as I came home and started using the phone it started rebooting every now and then. I searched on internet and found that many people are facing the same issue with the same model. On Sony Ericsson forum they recommended to go for a factory reset and software upgrade. I tried both the things but it is exhibiting same behavior.It doesn't reset when you're working on it but as soon as it goes in standby mode and I try to make it alive by pressing the Home key it restarts. I also observed restart issue while receiving calls.At times, it resets itself continuously, when I keep it idle. The device screen gets dark then after some time the device splash screen reappears (the graphics that it shows while turning it on), then again a while it goes into standby mode and again the same cycle. I've noticed it resetting itself like this for more than 10 times at a go.
Earlier the phone had s/w ver 4.0.1.A.0.283 after updating it became 4.0.2.A.0.42.I've seen on net that many people had experienced this issue with other Xperia models. Did sony not learn from its earlier mistakes? You might not have the idea how bad impression you guys are creating in the market. Just search on the net and you'll come across thousands of people being harassed after trusting Sony. I've been a Sony fan because my last SE phone W700i is still performing its duty without letting me down. That was the only reason I trusted again Sony this time.I urge you not to play with sentiments of people, at least if you are aware of the cause of this problem, communicate it to your users properly and provide a proper solution at the earliest.
Xperia X10 :: Talktime Reduces Automatically On It?
May 1, 2011I got a Sony Xperia X10i and I don't have any internet plans with it. But on the phone screen, there is an "E" sign showing data transferred. Due to this, my talktime balance keeps on reducing steadily, every 10 minutes. I deactivated internet service from my service provider. None of the apps are open. Yet, for some reason that "E" symbol is still there and I'm losing talktime on my phone.
How do I remove that "E" symbol and do I need to do anything else to ensure I do not lose talktime balance?

Jul 17, 2010The wifi in the mini gets disconnected quite often. And the bad thing is that it does not reconnect by itself. If I go in the wifi menu, all networks shows as "Out of range", even after a rescan. The only fix is to disable and re-enable the wifi. Looks like a bug! The phone, model E10i, is updated to firmware 1.6, build 1.0.A.1.38.
