I am not able to send messages though I receive messages. When I called my service provider then they said to change the message service center. But I cannot find the way to change it in my Phone i.e Xperia Mini Pro (andriod 2.3 OS)

I'm really ticked off because they did not give me any approximate date on when I can get my unit. So last monday I called to the service center to check if I can pick the phone already as one week has past. They said that they will follow it up which makes me think if they are doing something about my phone. Then I called this afternoon (Philippine time), they said that it is in the main service center then I asked, when will I get my phone. So I have contacts that have two numbers with *31# and without.... But when sending txt message it tries to use this *31# number and text messages don't go anywhere... I have a Nokia 3110c, excellent phone still working perfectly after 2 years.Recently, I switched from SFR operator to Orange operator. SFR uses 123 to access the voice message recorder, currently accessible through a long push on key 1. Orange uses 888, so I would like a long push on key 1 to trigger 888 instead of 123. Unfortunately, how to is not explained in the manual which deals only of keys 2 to 9. I also resetted the phone to Factory Settings, and even loaded "Default Operator Settings", hoping that that would include reprogramming of key 1 to 888. No way..

They kept my phone with them for 2 days and returned it to me as it is after 2 days.When I checked on delivery the problem still persisted. They said the key needs to be replaced and will take few days and come back after 2 days. When I went back they said 2 more days, after 2 days they said again 2 days. I had to visit there office 5-6 times just to hear 2 more days.When I tried to escalate using service center they said can not take complient. Just getting frustrated day by day with Nokia service.
