I have a Sony Xperia Pro running Android 2.3.4.When I plug another earphone that`s not the one within the phone box, the phone doesnt recognize it.I`d tried the earphones in my computer and it works.
What larger capacity batteries are compatible with Xperia mini pro? The stock battery EP500 has 1200mAh. Are there any other batteries available for Xperia mini pro?
The earphone controls on my N97 mini do not function. If I want to increase/decrease the volume or change track the controls on the earphone do not respond; instead I need to use the phone in order to the operations. I can listen to music without problems.
My z2 wont recognize that my phones are connected. I've contacted the customer support and i follwed there steps and it just restarted my phone and didn't end upsolving the problem.
When I plug in my noise cancelling earphones my tablet thinks a mic has been plugged in and earphones don't work.? I've been thru sound settings and can find nothing..
I have xperia z2 running android 4.4.2 1 kitkat and I want to know if taking almost 6 seconds of time is a normal thing for my device to recognize earphones connection. things I did already that haven't worked: restarted the device, boot to safe (takes the same time duration), used different earbuds and headphones, wiped the headphone jack...
I would like to ask what are the headsets (with mic) are compatible with my Xperia Neo, unfortunately my original stock headset (came from the box) is no longer working. I tried some of the headsets with mic in the market but all of them are incompatible and the SE LiveSound HIFI is not available in my country (philippines)what to do/buy/or suggest me from low-end to high-end headset that are the compatible for my neo.
Just bought a new Xperia x10 and I am travelling to Europe next weekend. Is the charger compatible to 240V? I assume I'll just need a plug adaptor (and not a voltage converter) but I can't find it in the user manual.

Recently i update sony xperia mini to android 4.0 battery backup is worst i charged battery full a night at morning it shows 81% battery i a have turned of wifi, gps, data brightness 25% which app can give better battery backup
a few days ago I bought my SE X10 mini pro.I now have a problem with my battery. A few hours ago, my battery level was around 35% A few hours later, it remained at 35% indication.Since this couldn't be correct, i restarted the phone. Now, my battery indication was 100%. False again.I turned the phone off. It wouldn't restart.I tried the 'flash device method' by holding back button and putting in computer USB. No help.I tried SEUS. After that, phone switched back on, with false battery indication back to 100%, which is impossible.I noticed that during all this 'fun stuff', my battery refuses to charge. The LED indicator remains green without flashing, the settings screen doesnt say 'charging'. I know that the phone won't charge below 95% battery. So, the phone thinks the battery is 100%, therefore won't charge, and I'm pretty screwed, especially since I fear that once my battery drops dead, the phone won't be able to charge ever since it will think its 100% full...
I've been having problems with my phone recently, it doesn't recieve some text messages or show my missed calls. A friend suggested that it may just need updating, which made sense because I'd been getting update notifications, just hadn't got round to hooking my ohone up to my laptop. So I did just that and installed the 'companion' but when I try to update, it's asking me to insert a memory card. I've never taken it out! Not once. So i've turned the phone off and on again, as you do.
I just updated my Xperia Mini Pro, but after the update, a) new text messages appear at the bottom of the list of texts (so annoying!) and b) the newest text message does not appear on the list when I reply to it.Is this a bug? I really don't think it's a feature.
I have looked online everywhere for a replacement battery and am unable to find one! Can you please direct me in the correct direction, and the battery required is as on the url supplied [URL] 3.7V 950 mAh Li-Polymer battery Measuring 40 x 35 x 5.5 mm and weighing in at a scant 18 grams?way of China or EU as it has already been four weeks that my battery crashed and would only work if plugged in continuously and now just does not work full stop!
Just wanted to share my experience. I did the update on November 8. I didn't bother to do the backup. The only real important is the contacts and Google have them already. I used the Update Service tool and it worked like a charm. After restarting the phone I had to go through the setup wizard, which by the way is much improved. I now realized that I had lost all my downloaded applications. I downloaded them again from market. Most of them had all the old data, nice. Some games lost all history, no big deal really. My contacts, mail and calendar was downloaded from Google.
I realy like the fact that it is possible to send contacts by SMS. The images from facebook also works very well.
The one thing that I am still not used to is the unlooking. The habbit of pressing the menu button twice is had to kick. I think the new way with the slider is somewhat safer. Now I am waiting 2.2 with tethering. I hope this will be available for X10 mini some time in the future.
I have searched long and hard for an answer to this - perhaps it is obvious to everyone else.I want to put a larger sd card in and X10 mini. Is this the correct way?
1 select sd card in settings on the X10 then select unmount sd card.2 take out the card with the phone still switched on since I can't remove the battery there is no obvious way to depower it
3 put card in my pc's card reader and copy its contents to a folder on the pc (using copy and paste?), I have seen some mention of hidden files - is there any trick here?
4 put the new sd card in the pc and copy the stored contents onto it
5 put the card into the X10
6 what now - how do I get the x10 to accept the new card?
