I wanted to report that on my xperia mini pro (android 2.3.4 - fw 4.0.2.A.0.58) there is a bug in the stock calendar app. I have just seen around the forum that this problem is common also to xperia neo/neoV owners [URL]. Well, the problem is that all events are shown with the same "colour" even though they belong to different cakendars. This is kind of annoying.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am trying to update my Xperia x10 mini system software version 1.6 to 2.1 and I am able to the to the preparation point. When the I am instructed to switch off my Xperia and turn it on back again to contact with my PC I am getting the below window which states that I need to scroll the smart status bar and choose 'Connected USB device' on my phone and than 'Instal'... well.. I don't have these option. When I scroll down the status bar I get only 2 options: 'Connect USB' or Do not connect'. If I connect it it revert me back to the previous point when the system is asking to switch off and on the phone.

Both start with ".thumbdata--" and are followed by a number, one is 348 MB and the other is 470 MB in size! My card has 16GB capacity I delete them but they keep coming back whenever I use the camera, the gallery or change the wallpaper.
I allready re-installed the ICS and reboot my phone so this is not a solution
Will the reboot or factory reset delete the Android system on my phone.i'm facing touch,heat, and automatic frequent lighting problems. thus, i want to see if any reboot works.
View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen I connect my X10 mini pro through USB to my notebook, sd card file system crashes. Not always, but in 70% of cases. Formatting (FAT32) helps only. If i unmount the card, take it out of the phone and put it directly to the pc, it works fine, file sys never crashes.I have tried two different 4Gb Class 4 SD cards. Operared fine in phone, but same problem occured when connected to pc.I always unmount drive from windows before usb cable removal.Very annoying to take out the card for safe file transfer.Also GPS needs sometimes even 10-20+ mins to find satellites. I dont't think this is normal. Or is it?

I want to separate my iphone calendar appointments by color which I can do in outlook. On outlook I have selected different appointments by color which appears accurately on my PC. When icloud syncs the changes the colors stay the same on my iphone. Now in the past microsoft has been the fault of my problem vs. apple but my iphone doesn't seem to be following the color commands of my PC.

I want to disable notifications from the calendar app - but the context menu is missing - nothing happens when I pust the menu button. A second symptom is that when the notifications appear, there are no buttons to snooze or dismiss.
The background is taht I have upgraded to android 2.1 and installed a few different calendar apps to get a better widget. I ended up with Gemini and uninstalled the other apps and widgets again. Which ones I tried and when the problem appeared I do not know. So if the problem was present after the upgrade or later...?
The Birthday Calendar added on the iOS4 could be a nice feature. When i go on my calendars list, i have 3 calendars among which the new birthday calendar just added on iOS4...the only issue it that it is BLUE like one of my other calendar. How can i change the color?

when I got the phone I could open the calendar in monthly view and when I clicked a day it would open in daily view, so I could see all events for that day.
What is currently happening is: when I open calendar it starts in task list view, and i can switch to monthly view, i can browse the calendars, but when I get to a day I want to view, I click it and it shows the event list view, from today, its so frustrating because I want to see details of the day I clicked, not today.
I have tried flipping all sorts of settings and the phone has been restarted since this.
I've seen mini-qwerty keyboard on 5800 and was disappointed to find it missing on my 5230. Is there any way to get mini-qwerty keyboard on 5230. Both full-qwerty and number-pad keyboards are full screen and I'm looking for a solution that takes half or less screen for typing (like mini-qwerty).
On a separate note, is it possible to get original light color themes for Nokia 5230. I've a black handset and all preinstalled themes are dark while my friend's white handset have all light themes.
The Calendar on my E71 seems to be frozen on today's date. It won't allow me move from today unless I enter a "Go to" date. But even then the meetings/reminders are not visible, apart from on the Print Preview part of the calendar. It won't allow me add any meetings, reminders etc.

View 4 Replies View RelatedA couple of issues I found after upgrading to 2.1.1.1:
1) Tools->Options->Device sync: I cannot check Calendar and tasks. There isn't even such a chekbox. However If I go down to the "Calendar and tasks" option I can set date range for sync, and MS Outlook. but I can't turn the sync on. If I go to Sync->Sync status it show that my cal is never synced. In PC Suite this was possible, but not anymore.
2) I want the suite to sit silent in the system tray and sync silently. Not pop up and be obtrusive during my web meetings. In PC Suite, this was possible to do, but not anymore.
So I have a T-Mobile SIM (SIM slot 1) and an AT&T SIM (SIM slot 2) in my 950XL. In the T-Mobile Messaging app, the text is in blue. In the AT&T Messaging app, the text in purple. I want to change the text color in each app but I haven't found a way to do so.
