Oct 27, 2015I've had my Z5 for 3 days now and I cant fault it although on the first night I noticed the screen had bright patches in the middle which was odd. The phone has never been dropped and is cosmetically immaculate.

Feb 22, 2015Is there a way to make apps and other screens with a bright white background have a dark theme instead? It's much easier to read white text lettering on a dark background. For example, the phone dialer is bright white, but I want it dark like the older android versions.
I have Alliance ROM installed on a rooted S5 and am wondering if there is a dark UI theme in the settings somewhere. The 17 themes it comes with doesn't actually make the phone dialer dark. I'm seeing screenshots online of Alliance that are nice and dark (I think it's called Black Glass?), including the phone dialer. How do I get the whole android theme dark.
Same thing with other apps. There's a few local TV news apps that have a bright white background that I wish I could customize to a dark theme. The Samsung Music Player is bright white as well.

Feb 10, 2016my 1020 is experiencing many problems, first of all I must mention that the screen was changed after being broken, and then the problems started, display colours went yellowish and too bright, screen locking alone too many times when battery gets below 65%.
I have to mention that I changed the screen another times, but the problems started again after 3 days, and that sometimes the phone gets fixed sudenlly, but not for too long, the longest period was 2 days, and two more times it worked properly again for few minutes (once I unlock the lock screen, the phone gets corrupted again)
IPhone :: Display White As Yellowish White?
May 21, 2012i just got the phone today from the apple store as a replacement so i take it its brand new, and when i set it next to my friends iphone 4s his white color on the display is cleary whiter and every color is more sharper. I have my brighness all the way up like his and all setting are similar. You can cleary tell that ts a yellowish white, not clear white.

Aug 21, 2014I'm having issues with the brightness of the screen of my iphone 5.
The bottom half of the display is less bright than the upper half.
It came into contact with water but not in a high amount, about five drops hit the iphone and I dried them imminently away.
I still got the protection plan active, but it would be better if I could fix it right away. Â Â

They are new.Both of them have the same strange problem. They work correctly, but when you leave the phone in a standby mode (so as it can be in your pocket during the day) the display became completely white (after a little bit of time). Jul 13, 2011When I try to type in numbers on the Home screen to place a call, the numbers are not displaying in the white block box that pops up. The numbers are inputting but do not display, if I type the correct numbers and press send it will call. However, when it starts ringing I get a "Note: Call Forwarding Active. I do not know if these two problems are related. I don't even know what I did to activate call forwarding.
