Apr 6, 2015On my Z3 dual phone, When I search some number from contacts and try to call that person, Contacts freezes. I also get message that "Unfortunately contacts has stopped"
This is happening frequently now. I tried to "clear data" from Apps settings/contacts/clear data. But it didn't work. I want to use a Basic function of my phone, which is Calling.

I already tried to clean the cache and data of all related apps, tried hard reset, and still the same error. What could be possibly wrong? The errors started after I dialed a huge telephone number (XX XX xxx xxx xxx xxx) 16 numbers total. Could it be related to this?

Jul 28, 2015I have a problem with my Z3+ Dual when it's in idle it's turns off and doesn't react on the power button. After that I can turn on my device only with using the high reset button or with pushing the power button + volume button both in the same time. It happens 3-4 times a day.

Oct 5, 2015So we tried taking pictures in the pool last night using the touch block application. after taking many photos I tried to deactivate the touch block but the slider for the deactivation WONT appear.

I am pretty IT savvy so I googled the heck out of the issue. Here are the things I have tried. I started by going into Settings > Storage > Applications and cleared Data/Cache of several contacts related apps.I disabled the Google + app completely.I disabled all contacts syncing of all accounts and re-enabled.I made sure all apps are fully updated, even though when the problem first started all apps were out of date. Additionally, firmware is fully updated.Finally, I held volume up, power, and home button and wiped android cache partition.

Any new contacts or events I enter into Outlook won't show up on my phone and any new contacts or events I enter in my phone won't show up with Outlook. I use the USB port to sync every few days with my computer. Nothing has been erased, i.e. all my old events and contacts are still there, but nothing new will add. I have not changed any settings on my phone or on itunes, and I even turned off the overall calendar option and selected single calendars to try, but to no avail.
