I have mobile phone Sony Xperia Z3+. When i receive redirected (forwarded) call, on display shows this notice, but only short time. I can't catch this notice because of this short time. Is there a way to show this notice for a longer time, till I accept the call? Maybe with the new update? It's very important to me. Or I need to change the phone.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI tested the call blocking feature today and noticed that it forwarded the call to voice mail. Is there any option somewhere to have it drop the call instead? I had this in my Captivate but not on my S3, had to use the Mr. Number app. Would be nice to have because if I go through the trouble of blocking a number, I don't want them leaving a message either. It's mostly telemarketers that I block and the messages they leave are usually dead air...
View 1 Replies View RelatedI run a very small business and I'm occasionally on-site at my customers office most of the time. So whenever i'm out, i divert my office number to my Nexus 6P.
So the issue is that it's quite difficult for me to distinguish between a personal call or if it's a diverted call from my office to my Nexus 6P. Previously on Nokia or certain Samsung phones, there was an 'indicator icon' showing that it was a diverted/forwarded call. This worked for me tremendously.
It's definitely a phone feature and *not* a carrier issue. Have downloaded 3 apps (2 free and 1 paid) from the Play store, but they all do not seem to work. Am on "Pure Nexus" ROM.
My camera cannot be open. I am always getting a message saying that the camera is being used by another application,but there seems no other applications running. The firmware version was 2.1 -update1 at first and after updating it with the same version, the problem still exists with very short standby time.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhy this is happening right now but my phone won't charge. When I plug it in the red notification light blinks for a while, then the charging logo appears on the screen for a short time and during that time red is light constantly lid, as it was supposed to, however then the screen goes black again and the light starts blinking.
I found a solution on YouTube which suggested me to tape power button firmly so it's always pushed and then charge it for an hour. I did exactly the same thing, nothing changed.
It's been more than 2 hours and my phone is still charging with the same cycle (blinking red light, then charging logo, then blinking again). I wonder what happened to my phone and what can I do now?
I realized that with using charging dock I can see a glimpse of Xperia and Sony logo but then they vanish. The phone seems to be restarting itself while I use the dock.Â
How to change the font size of the time on my Xperia Z5. I want to make it smaller, or remove it because it appears at the top of the screen as well.
View 1 Replies View Relatedmy X10 died on me and I assumed it was the battery so recharged it and when I tried to switch it on I just get the SonyEricsson across the screen and nothing more. I cannot even turn it off again. I connected to PC and although the PC did not recognise it I managed to run a repair on it and got it working again and as far as I can tell it has the latest software. I then reconfigured it and loaded the few Apps I use (DME, Birthday Calendar, TV droid, Notes etc - not a huge App user). It all worked fine for about 2 weeks and then died again. I am about to take it to a service centre but thought I might ask if this could be a known software fault ? I dont want to run another repair on it before knowing really what the problem is (by taking it to service centre I am hoping they can get some idea of the problem before re-installing the software.

View 6 Replies View Relatedi really hope somebody can help, posting on behalf of my husband who has just bought the xpress music 5800, he loves the phone but the one bug bear is that it only rings for 10 seconds before going to voice-mail, i have the same phone and have no problems as my voice-mail switched off but as he relies on v-m for work he needs to have it on! Is there any way of extending the length of time it rings or is it something he is stuck with?

This evening though, I tried to take some photos whilst out and the phone crashed twice for no obvious reason whilst trying to take a photo or shortly afterwards. What is going on? I've verified that the software is the most up to date version.
I've tried to repair the phone via the Sony Ericsson repair link. Apart from losing all photos and music it does seem to be okay now. Have I fixed the problem? I'm very disappointed. My previous K770i had similar problems in that it used to crash regularly, so it was with some trepidation I got another Sony Ericsson.
Before I take this phone back to the store I want to find out if this maybe the way that RIM is actually making this phone now.When I get a new email or text etc., the led light flashes red like all the blackberries do but it only goes for a short time then stops. It starts again when there is more emails but again stops.
I looked in the settings and cant find what I would adjust for this. Either the phone is defective or this is the way the phone is.Any help would be appreciated as I will need to take it back within the next day or two.
It seem that WiFi scan in the phone eats up battery very quickly? I don't find a place to swich off the WiFi once swiched on?

For instance, if I unlock the phone via fingerprint, pattern, or slide the first touch doesn't respond and I have to tap whatever app or item I am trying to use. I'm using Cataclysm ROM with the most recent ElementalX kernel. Maybe it's a ROM/Kernel thing and I should try stock but just wanted to ask here.

I completely understand not rendering an updated clock when the screen is disabled, but this needs to occur instantly when the display is awakened. Currently the lag can be around 10/15 seconds (I've not measured precisely, but I can wake the screen by shaking at least 3 times and let it blank again before an update).

Once they are all deleted, i send acouple of message but when i check my message log, they are deleted again when i check. I know its not that my memory is full. I just got the phone and i dont have many files so thats not the case. After call the volume is back to low. That mean every time a incomming or out going call I have to press the side key to higher the volume. I install volume application to adjust the volume and it work fine but when I connect and unplug the USB connecting phone to PC the in call volume become low.

My incoming calls used to show this perfectly clear contact picture and name when I got a call, now the picture is all blurry or something.
I think some of it may be all the new options there are now at the bottom of the call screen. It looks like the photos are stretched or someting.
When I receive incoming call, sometimes the contact name is displayed and sometimes not. After the call is over, the contact name is mentioned in call log list.
