Xperia Z3 :: Settings To Choose Default SIM For Outgoing Calls
May 30, 2015I have an Xperia Z3 Dual phone. I have a coorporation SIM inserted in SIM1 and a mobile net SIM for 4G connection in SIM2. That means SIM2 can't even handle phone calls, only mobile internet.
But since there isn't any options to choose default SIM for outgoing calls (ie. similar like mobile internet has already), a message pops up every time I would start a call, to choose SIM. That is really annoying considering only SIM1 can handle phone calls.
(But that would be kind the same if I'd like to use coorporation SIM for outgoing calls and use private SIM only for receiving calls...)

Nov 26, 2014We currently have a Sony Xperia Z2 with which we can neither make calls nor send text messages. However, we can receive calls and text messages.
Everytime we try to make a call we receive an error message saying something like "outgoing calls blabla ID 10".

May 8, 2012I cannot set default ringtones for calls and SMS in Settings. I do the folowing for:
1. call: select Breeze melody in Sound section of the Settings.
2. SMS: select Sinus melody in Sound section of the Settings.
That's all.After several calls sound settings change:
1. call: automatically select f..king Tonga ringtone in Sound section of the Settings.
2. SMS: automatically select Notification ringtone in Sound section of the Settings.No matter what ringtones to choose from. They are always changing to Tonga and Notification.What can I do?

Jul 18, 2015I have the Xperia Z3 from Tmo and when I see my contacts I see the pictures on them but when I call them or they call me I get the blank default picture for them during the call. I have verify I dont have multiples contacts of the same or multi pictures. I reset the phone and in the first sync everithing was OK but after like one hour again the same probpem. I reset it and installed all apps one by one to see if one of them was giving me the error but everithing was OK after I intall them and after some hours again the same thing. I like this phone and I dont whant to go back to ios.

Jun 24, 2012My sk17i mini pro received an update (Build Number 4.0.2.A.0.62, i believe?) a few days ago and since then when making/receiving calls the loudspeaker is always on by default, rather than the ear speaker. This didn't happen before. This isn't a major problem but now I have to switch to the ear speaker during every phone call. (By the way, the loudspeaker volume is superb!)Is there a way to set the ear speaker to default for phone calls?

I tested to see whether this happens to everyone I call by calling one of my coworkers and the call went through fine. This "off the hook" scenario has happened to me twice for two different numbers, and their phones are not off the hook. When I used my coworkers phone to call them it went right through. I do have service in the area I am at. I even have 3G. This has never happened to me on my Samsung S4 when I owned that. Why is this happening and only to certain numbers I call???
