I have just got a z3 and the video quality is very poor...... the 4k recording is very lumpy and misses lots of frames out at any one time...... am i doing something wrong......? of is it really bad for video recording and play back........It seems to play ok on phone .....strange......I have also tried it on a media player on my TV and it will not even recognise the format...........

I am Using 2.1.1.A.0.6. I noticed that when I use Video Recording the Video Stutters? it's kinda random I could not tell when or how rampant it is, what could have caused this? There's no program running in the background. And I noticed that in PTCRB there are a lot of new small updates and the latest is 2.1.1.A.0.28, what can we expect in this new updates if released?

I have transferred my videos from my phone to my PC, and the video looks great, but there is no audio. How do I fix this? I copy and paste the video into the "video" folder on my phone using the USB cable. But then the video does not appear on my phone. What am I doing wrong? I have managed to save the video on my phone now in 3GP format. It shows as a thumbnail, gives the correct length etc. But when I want to play it, it says "playback failed".

I used the PC companion to transfer pictures and notes from my old iPhone 4s and although I unchecked messages it seems those came along too. No big deal, however when I attempt to delete them the message app freezes, then when I try to reopen it the screen just goes black and I can't access my sms messages at all. If I restart my phone I can access my messages again and send and receive texts no problem but if I attempt to delete the messages the problem continues. This issue does not happen with deleting the conversations that I started off my xperia. How I could delete these messages....

(I didn't interrupt it) now I can't view any pics in the gallery. If I look in file commander they are there as thumbnails but I can't view them full screen.

Firstly I transferred my apps to that but there is no any problem with that.then i moved my photos and videos to sd card. It was 100% complected.then i after restarts the phone all photos are gone. And videos are shown in videos but i tried to play them then I got massage cannot play.
Then I used file commander and go in to the sd card in DCMI folder there is no any thing. Videos are shown but i cant play. Then I removed sd card from phone and I copied some photos and videos with computer. Then I put sd card into the phone i got same problem again. There is no any problems with the photos which are saved in internal storage. I got the problem after I transferred them in to SD card.
I have just transferred data to an SD card -which I have done before with no problems- only this time it decided to move most of my apps which I have had to re install as I couldnt access them and it has moved photos which I now cannot find.
How do I find the photos as they are not in my album? Or has it wiped them completely? If i hadnt just uploaded them to facebook I would have lost them.
The icons for messenger, ebay and instagram are now not the actual icons and are just file icon. Its made a complete mess of my everything on my phone and I need the photos as i use many of them as visuals for business. How can I find where they are stored and can i transfer them back to internal storage from the sd card?

So I went to the AT&T store and they did the video swap using their equipment . We watched the screen on the transfer box/computer and it said 66 videos downloaded. (66 is exactly how many vids I have). Same deal! I look in my photo/vid folder and no vids! Where these videos are hiding? Also it appears all my pics went to internal memory and I don't want that. I want them on my SD card.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI upgraded from a 4 to a 4s. Yesterday, I first downloaded newest version of iTunes. Then, I backed up my iPhone 4 (3 times to be sure). Then I got my 4s and followed the instructions to restore it to the backup of my 4. My first hurdle was having to update the ios on the 4s (refurbished phone). Then, I was able to see the last backup from my 4, and i followed the steps to the letter on restoring it to that backup. All my contact and messages restored, but now I have NO music or apps on my 4s OR in iTunes. HELP! What did I do wrong? I'm panicking! I should mention that I have 2 apple IDs, but I don't think that's the issue, because I think I would at least see some of my apps.

A friend and I swapped Iphones and the voicemail greeting on my voicemail transferred to my old Iphone (friend's new Iphone). And everytime I go to check my voicemails, it tells me that I must set up my voicemail. I have done it at least 3 times now. I am also getting voicemails going both my friend and myself. I called my phone carrier, Verizon, and they said everything was successfully transferred, and are unaware as to why this is happening.

Carrier is Virgin Media; OS is V4.6.1.314 (platform 4.2.0.135); Desktop Manager Version is 5.0.1.2.8 I have transferred photos, music and some documents from my PC successfully to my BB using Desktop Manager. However some .doc files transfer, but I cannot open them on the BB. I get an error message saying a file cannot be opened as it is an RTF file. I also notice that when I start to transfer the files, the little window that pops up does not give me the option to convert them - it is grayed out.
