I own an xperia z2. It was working fine till I updated to lollipop. I experience some trouble. My xperia operates on its own without me touching it. It moves and selects app by itself. What should I do about it?
View 9 RepliesTwo weeks ago I bought a new Sony Ericsson Aspen for my daughter, While unlocking the phone today the phones operating system crashes. All attempts to switch off the phone failed so my daughter removed the battery and tried to restart the phone. Without success. The Sony Ericcson logo is shown accomplished with a short vibration. This continues in an endless loop. The only way to stop the phone is to remove the battery again. Pressing the rest button has no effect, the described behaviour continues.

I have disabled all the moto actions, but the clock screen is still constantly coming up whenever the phone moves, such as when I'm walking or it is sitting on the passenger seat in my car! I can make it stop by disabling moto display, but since there's no LED to notify me when I get a text or email, I'll never know....

I followed the instructions including the "don't unplug the device if you ever want it to work again" segment.All was going well until I got to step 10 of 12 (Loading Applications) It has now been trying to load applications for over 3 hours, with no advancement in the status bar at the bottom of the screen. My Desktop manager says it is disconnected, but I'm not sure how or when that happened. My screen is white with the computer and the BB and a pair of arrows, but nothing has happened for hours.I'm afraid to disconnect incase I lose everything on my BB and render it unusable!

Received my Repaired phone today and tried to restore using sony bridge for mac, I select the correct backup dated the 10th and it runs though the backing up process fine no errors, i restart the phone and nothing.........phone is exactly the same as before i restored.
