I have a problem every time i download music or videos on my xperia z2 i cant play it after a couple of time! (after 1-3 days or a week later).

I have been getting error messages on my phone, first with mp3 and now with online videos, that the file type is not supported or cannot be played. Usually a reboot fixes it but not always. Not a consistent problem but once it starts it seems to happen a lot and then mysteriously stop.The second problem is my phone not ringing.Got yelled at for not answering the phone but it never rang. Shows missed calls but not making noise at all, even when I try to preview rings they won't play

After a few updates it seems as though the videoformat has changed, because I can't import them in any software on my computer. Windows Media Player won't play them, Sony Vegas editing software won't accept it, Avidemux won't convert it. When I open the folders with videofiles from the Z3, no image of them can be displayed. It suddenly seems completely incompatibable with anything on Windows. How do I get to use the stills and video shot with my Z3 again?

View 4 Replies View RelatedMy girlfriends SE K550i died yesterday. If you try to start it it flashes red a couple of times then nothing happens. I have read about this and I thought I could reflash the phone to see if that fixes it. I have tried with XS++ and when I press 2 and 5 and connect the phone the program reacts but it stops at "Protocol Version 3.1" then nothing happens. The phone doesn't react when I put it in the charger so perhaps the battery is all drained too.

Mobile blocking and when I open the video , it was flash several times, without result a message "insufficient memory" even if there was, in more Photo DCIM folder does not open in mobile even if there are photo or other files.
In the last few weeks, my M7 will start music playback (whether from Play Music or my podcast app) at weird times. Not out of the blue, but sometimes when a call comes in (which is obviously annoying since it then becomes a scramble to turn it off and explain to the caller what is happening). Or, it will happen when I give my phone a voice command, after the command is over it will start, as if it is resuming after having paused for the command (even thought it hadn't been on before).

Up to now my MOTOACTV has been fine, but today I had the music just stop several times mid-workout and it would not start again for several minutes despite pressing the "music" button quickly or even going to the music screen and pressing the play button. Within a few minutes of trying, however, it would start back up like normal. Also, my heart rate monitor was dropped once, but "sef-healed" and it seemed to be about 10-15 bpm off from normal at times. (This could be a low battery on the hrm, so I'll replace that and try again).

I've recently started having problems when using the phone (on battery) playing audio through a bluetooth speaker. This happens with music on the phone with the default Android music player, with Audible's player (for books), and the Pandora music app. Since that's a mix of local and remote (WiFi) content it can't be a WiFi problem.
The problem does not occur when the phone is powered (via the car or laptop dock).
I've searched high and low for an auto app shutdown setting, but can't find it. BTW, Battery Mode is Performance.

View 9 Replies View RelatedUsing PC Companion I have progressed to what I can only assume is the end of the preparation phase after 3 hours, the progress bar is complete; and then I get this meaningless message that the update failed.
This is very frustratiing as there is not much clue about what caused the failure. If it is because of a missing component, as pointed out already, why can PC Companion not check at the start of the marathon preparation that everything is in place and we will not waste so much time connected for nothing.
I have tried SUS and that fails because Windows can't find S1Boot with that remarkably phone procedure. I have looked at downloading S1Boot, as suggested, however then there are warnings on Warranty. Does PC Compantion/SUS download not contain S1Boot?
Recently, I've got a brand new Xperia Z5 Green International unlocked from Amazon. It's super awesome, but there's problem with its touch screen. It doesn't respond to tap some times.
I assume it's software problem due to over heated, because every time I have this problem after restarting phone, it's solved.
bought a new active two weeks ago and it reboots itself at least 5 times a day. i hae changed the SD card, and reset the pone to factory settings twice now..and it is still rebooting.

Sometimes I can talk for 5 mins sometimes 3hrs but it will randomly hang up. A phone restart fixed it sometimes I have changed the signal prefrences and no change. I have factory resetted the phone and no change. I am about to do a Software repair with the PC Companion. If this does not work I don't know what to do.
My Z3+ randomly reboots multiple times/day(30+). I've tried restoring with PC Companion, hard reset, factory reset, safe mode, everything. I tried running diagnostics but it's a crapshoot. Sometimes I will get a neverending loading loop and sometimes I'll get a error message, "Unfortunately Diagnostics has stopped." and then the phone will reboot iself.
