i formatted the phone cause it was not working properly having sd card in it. then i restarted my phone and what i see there was some bundled apps were missing like Internet and some games too, except this some new apps were there like uefa league and goldrush game, i couldn't find the Internet app on market.

The software prompted me to change the settings to MTP, after I changed, my Mac couldn't detect the phone. After I disconnected the phone, I found that many of my Apps went missing. Went to Google Play store to reinstall the apps, only to get the message "App cannot be installed in default location". My phone memory storage has been really low lately, about 30Mb left, and I haven't installed any new apps. I have moved most of the apps to my SD card, not sure what has happened.

View 2 Replies View RelatedYesterday I made a light mistake. Because I bought a bigger sd card for my D6603. During the copy and installation of the new SD card in my phone, I used the "move to SD card" function. Several apps were transferred which was fine. Without thinking I reinstalled the SD card a second time. After this I realized my mistake. 14 apps were missing in my launcher. Most apps I could reinstall on the phone and then move to SD card to recover them. But only on app is missing. I dont know yet if it is a default app from 5.1.1. installation or a downloaded one.
1.) Do you have a picture of side 1 to 3 of an fresh installed D6603 with 5.1.1? So I can compare the installed apps.
2.) How can I found out the name of the missing app in a not rooted 5.1.1.?

View 1 Replies View RelatedWell basically i have bought this amazing phone xperia play, however downside is the internal memory only 400mb ( i mean seriously) but anyway ive been 'app exploring' and downloaded so many to my sd, but some were un movable from the phone i do not know why. so upon getting full i thought it will be a good idea to give it a reboot, upon doing that, when i revisited the phone ive lost all my apps on my sd card, funny enough i still have my photos and media on the sd card.
also in the settings>applications?managing applications and in the sd section its showing 2.90 gb availible of 7.99 or somrthing, basically the apps are there but i can't view them(thats what i gatherd from this issue)
device got 4.3 and 5.5 yesterday. today the phone got stuck and did a reset but many icons not there anymore

I resetted my E7 yesterday, and noticed that Quickoffice and Adobe readers disappeared! I tried reinstalling Belle from the nokia suite, all went well, but QO & Adobe are still missing. I tried deleting the downloaded installation files from c:usersall users directory, re-downloading the nokia belle update (~350mb) and re-reinstalling the OS, but still QO and Adobe are missing. I tried *#7370#, "delete and restore" etc, but to no avail. I tried changing OSes - WinXP, Win7, Win7 64bit etc, but still no avail.

Nokia Suite (initially) wouldn't reflash, saying a SIM card was needed (which was in) but beta labs kindly took note of the error report and released a new Nokia Suite that did allow a reflash. This didn't reinstall the video editor however. I took my phone to a Nokia care point prior to this but they couldn't install it either.

On restart all of my ringtones have "disappeared" - E.g. Trying to change any tone the phone tries to access the library by showing "opening", but it hangs. It occurred after I updated on Verizon to 5.1.1 and my phone died. After charging a bit, I booted the phone and it went into safe mode. I turned off the safe mode and rebooted, still missing. Booted into safe mode separately... After turn off and reboot. Still the same thing.

I bought my nokia n900 around 10 days back, works absolutely fantastic, gives me atleast 14-15hrs or battery life. yesterday i installed a couple of applications like MYMENU and MYTUBE. i checked it then and there and did not find it very good. so i uninstalled it. after that i cannot find 'MORE' option which is at the right bottom of the menu screen. dont know what to do know. even if i tap on the empty space at the right bottom it comes up to my dashboard.
