Nov 14, 2014After the 5.0 update, I went to add my Moto 360 as a trusted device and when I went to the Smart Lock menu option under Security settings I was surprised that there wasn't a Smart Lock menu option in there.
This is right out of the release notes from motorola: "Android Lollipop adds native support for allowing trusted devices to keep your phone unlocked (such as your Moto 360, a Bluetooth car kit or headset, etc.). Smart Lock replaces the prior trusted device capability in your Motorola phone. Note that you will need to add your trusted devices back after the transition to Lollipop in the Security settings menu under Smart Lock."
Noticed this option missing when your Moto X 2014 was upgraded to Lollipop.

Jul 6, 2015I log into a secure site for work and use it heavily all day long. The session timeout has been set for 4 hours so we only need to login a couple times a day. Granted if I close the browser it will log me out after a few minutes. So I could have no activity and still be logged in even if several hours pass.
On my S6 it will log me out within a few minutes of no activity. I have tried Chrome, android browser and now Firefox. Firefox is marginally better then the others.

Oct 7, 2014I usually transfer all apps, photos ect.. To my 64gb samsung microSD card. Ive redeemed a code on the privilege plus app which i got from the xperia lounge for 3 free movies. I wanted them on the sd card so i turned off the phone and tablet and removed the sd from the phone to my z3c tablet.
I downloaded all 3 videos on the sd and just started watching and have forgotten to place it back in the phone for like 4 days since i wasn't using it and it was off all the time. Today i turned off my tablet and placed the sd into the phone. I turned it on and what i see? 8 apps aren't visible because there's a red sign next to it that apparently its on the sd but its just not reading it. I dont even know what apps are they apart from 4 games because i have them on my home screen and the names under it. Otherwise it says "app not found" when i press on it.

After I updated my phone i tried to restore my data but my phone couldnt find it :/
I thought maybe i didnt back it up properly so i re-tried it again today, it says succesful, and i went on restore and i saw the files i backed up, but after 20 minutes i re-checked it and it wasn't there, so i guess its maybe my phone or memory card?

Aug 31, 2012I am trying to upgrade my Neo V to ICS android (4.0.2.a.0.62). While having the PCC on to latest version, and connect the mobile , software will identify it with no issues. I have been connecting both with MTP and MSC modes. The update starts, downloads from internet and prepares the laptop with no issue. When the sequence gives command to mobile to shutdown and start for the update then, I can hear the sound of reconnection, the led is green, on pc it find a new hardware (SEMC flash) and then freezes. I have tried with USB debug active and not with no difference.
I have tried with Unknown sources (under application) active and not with no difference. I tried the same in windows safe mode with the same result. I tried the Update service also and anytime I connect (press and hold menu or back key and then plug) freezes always. I removed any antivirus on mobile with no result. On PC when connected I can see on the device manager that the usb drivers are Microsoft ones. I have downloaded the Android SDK tools (including usb drivers) but as long as the process stucks on the Found new hardware, I cannot proceed further. I am running on WinXP Pro.

Dec 21, 2012I am having Xperia Pro with latest software update. Recently I tried to replace my 8GB memory card with 32GB memory card. I copied all data of 8GB into 32GB card and then replaced it in phone.I found that though phone was able to detect memory card as in Phone Settings -> Storage it was able to show Free space 25 GB. But when tried to click on application it was showing message "Application not found".All internal memory apps are working good but moved external apps are disabled.I also tried to format SD card from phone and then let phone create internal files in new card and then replaced 8GB on it. But dint work.
