Nov 6, 2010how to get videos to load into mediascape and I have tried multiple different ways. I have copied files directly and I have used Media Go. I have converted the files to mpeg4 with many different conversion programs and I still cant get any videos to show up. Is this a known issue? Is there some kind of setting that I'm missing? I've tried to transfer files from my old phone tthat were in 3GPP format and I converted that. Also I have tried other video files that were not on my old phone and I have had no luck.

Aug 29, 2013Sometimes when using Spotify, I have no sound and the volume buttons on the side of my Z5 compact do not activate the mediavolume. Instead they activate the ringtone volume. If I then open the volume menu and raise the media volume the actual volume still doesn't go up. I only have this problem when using Spotify. If I open another app like youtube for instance the volume works properly. If I restart my phone the volume problem in Spotify disappears.

Oct 21, 2015After updating to Lollipop (months ago I think..), whenever she gets text message phone shows notification , but STOCK sms app doesnt show message AT ALL.
With Google Hangouts she can open the message ONCE, when she clicks back and opens contact/message list again its GONE.
I have tried clear messaging cache but no lock. Yesterday installed newest 5.1.1 with no dice. I have same phone (Z3 D6603) with NO problems myself.
This is no way acceptable!

Nov 26, 2014I have an Problem with my Bluetooth Connection between my Sony Xperia Z3 and my Sony XAV-602BT. The Z3 connected successfully and i can play the Audio Files over my Sony XAV-602BT. But it doesn't show any Information of the Track. The Sound played and on my Radio are no Information about Title and Artist. Before i get my Z3 i had used an Iphone 5 with the same Radio and this works perfectly i had seen the Artist and Track Information on my Radio. But this doesn't work with my Z3.

It doesn't show the GPS logo on the top bar until I launch an application that uses it.Obviously while running it will run down the battery a little faster than when not switched on or being used.

Jul 20, 2010I have just installed the Media Go s/w for my new Experia phone (as I want to use it to play podcasts to replace my aging Zune) Trouble is when I ran the set up of Media Go, it found all my music and podcasts but sees them ALL as music (and has put nothing into the Podcasts menu (LHS panel) and found a way to make them go to the right place?
Also, when I almost gave up and tried to just set them all up again by subscribing to them insode Media Go, the choice is REALLY limited, so is no use either.

May 7, 2010When i go into the Media file, go to ringtones and select my ringtones, it wont show the tones that are on my memory card. It did until i set up desktop manager and then i dont know what i did but they dont show. I know they are there because i did a hard reset and pulled the battery, also removed the media card, when it scanned i saw it show all the ringtones then watched em all come off. how can i fix this to be able to view them?

Jun 12, 2010I have Mass Storage mode turned on, but when I plug in the Blackberry with a USB cable, Windows does not show the media card as an external drive.
Windows sees the device because when I plugged it in, it said "Your device is ready to use". But no media card.
The Blackberry does see the memory card, and I can save/browse to it.
(I have the .743 version OS, but I had this problem with .630 too. Also, I tried on a Windows 7 and a Windows XP machine).

Jan 8, 2010Whenever I connect my Storm to my laptop to transfer videos on to the media card in my Storm, when I disconnect it, and go to media:video, every video that I have ever had on my phone is listed. A battery pull refreshes the list, and it then only shows the videos that are actually currently on the card. Is there any way I can refresh the list without rebooting?

I have Media Sync loaded fine. It reads my Windows Media Library just fine. When it loads the playlists/music for selection to sync, most show up as "Supported" in the Status column. However there are many that show up as "Not Found". Is there a file size limit or file name/path size limit that could be causing this? These are not DRM files. It happens to music that I have burnt from CDs and a given CD, for example, might have 13 songs on it and have only 4 of them show up as "Not Found". I'm not seeing anything like this in the forums.

I have it synced with Mac Desktop Manager and I see the audio files on the media card, but it doesn't show them in the media player. I can only see mp3 files, the m4a files don't show up. So it's scanning the media card for audio, it works for mp3 that are synced the same way the m4a audio is. I'm trying to listen to iTunes podcasts, the m4a versions don't work only mp3.
