I wonder if anyone knows.If I switch on GPS but none of the applications which use it are running, does it still run down the battery. It doesn't show the GPS logo on the top bar until I launch an application that uses it.Obviously while running it will run down the battery a little faster than when not switched on or being used.

View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter a update my X10 mini pro doesn't boot anymore and now it only hans on the SE logo at the very beginning.I tried to use PC companion and SE update service to reinstall/update the firmware but in SE update service I get that I allready have the last version. and on PC companion I get a message that there is no software available for my phone.I even tried to get a own custom firmware to run on it with flashtools but i can't get the x10 mini pro's stock firmware its on xda-developers but its in a zip file while it has to be in a .ftf and i cant seem to get the zip file converted in to a ftf file. I think when i have done that it will work again... but i cant find any tutorial about converting to ftf in any kind of way

When i reboot it again the same thing happens it cant get past the SE logo screen... obviously ive wiped the firmware off it completely but i dont know how to flash it back on ive tryed to use "update service" but it cant find any software updates and i cant use pc companion because it wanting me to have my phone working to connect it

After updating to Lollipop (months ago I think..), whenever she gets text message phone shows notification , but STOCK sms app doesnt show message AT ALL.
With Google Hangouts she can open the message ONCE, when she clicks back and opens contact/message list again its GONE.
I have tried clear messaging cache but no lock. Yesterday installed newest 5.1.1 with no dice. I have same phone (Z3 D6603) with NO problems myself.
This is no way acceptable!
I have an Problem with my Bluetooth Connection between my Sony Xperia Z3 and my Sony XAV-602BT. The Z3 connected successfully and i can play the Audio Files over my Sony XAV-602BT. But it doesn't show any Information of the Track. The Sound played and on my Radio are no Information about Title and Artist. Before i get my Z3 i had used an Iphone 5 with the same Radio and this works perfectly i had seen the Artist and Track Information on my Radio. But this doesn't work with my Z3.

It is only showing missed call logs though i have selected calls in the setting and i do not want any other notifications in timescape but it still shows only missed calls log.

I use telkomsel as the telco provideri update around December 2011 (?) to 4.0.2.A.0.58.In February this year or close to that, there is a permanent notification to update the FW to x.x.062. because i don't have time yet, I just let it stay that way. end february I went to US and will stay here in US until next april.for cost reason in US I used AT&T.after using AT&T for awhile, i just realized that the update notification is gone, i try to check trough setting> about phone> software update.and it say my phone is up to date. my guess is the x.x.062 is not yet approved by AT&T or something like that.my question is this: "will the notification update show up again when I'm back in Indonesia and switch the SIM card to my previous telco provider; Telkomsel?i'm only interested to update the phone back in Indonesia, just to make sure i'm not messing with anything.

I put different SIM cards into the phone - same thing. Put those SIM cards in another phone - they work.
Is there a way to revert to old build before the update?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am facng problem with its bluetooth. It doesn't accept any file through bluetooth and says that the transfer is stopped by the user. I tried to transfer few ringtones from my other handsets to it (Nokia 6300 and Sony P990i) bt it rejected from both of them. Bluetooth in all sets was on. X10 was set on discoverable mode. I paired it with both the sets and it got paired but mentioned that "Paired but not connected". What may be the reason?

Just wondering why the X10 mini pro doesn't have the end call button at the top like the X10 Maxi (power button) ? The lack of having this feature is absurd. The easiest and most logical way to end a call is to press the top lock screen/power button. I recommended this phone to someone and they got a massive shock when they realised they had an active call going for over 8 hours! add this feature in your next update, if not could you at least have a visual clue to let the user know that they have an active call when the screen is off, eg notification light blinking purple or something.
