Uhmm From holding my phone to portrait position, then to landscape after i click the camera it started but kinda half, half is what is in from of the lens*caputuring,but other 1/4 half isnt camera its just a black blank part, then later the camera become whole screen.is this alright?? sory no idea,noob if this is alright to the phone.

I've searched and can't find an answer to this. Lately (more and more) my Tour is taking pics that are purple and half-screen. Anyone know why? Is there something I can do to fix this? I pull my battery every morning and charge my phone every night. Please help, I have a 2 year old who has finally decided to let me take pics of him and now I'm missing the cuteness..

I went for a bike ride (which I do on a regular basis), and I then tried to put in my lock but it seems like the top half of the screen is unresponsive. Nothing is different about the LCDs but the touch part isn't working.i already tried factory reset and to remove dirt/screen protector.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI have an X10 that I've had for over a year. I recently updated it and since then the screen has split in half and only blinks on and off on the bottom part of it. I can re-install the software and sometimes it helps, but I'm not too sure what else to do.And since the update I've been having problems with Mediascape, it comes on by itself and plays music. I stop it, shut it off and it opens again and plays music. I was wondering if there is something wrong with the Mediascape on these phones. Could it be buggering up the phone?

It only happens with texts from him, no-one else. I've tried deleting our conversation but it makes no difference. It's getting so frustrating cos I have to keep asking him to text me again and a lot of the time I just get another 'cracked' text!

The bottom half of the display is less bright than the upper half.
It came into contact with water but not in a high amount, about five drops hit the iphone and I dried them imminently away.
I still got the protection plan active, but it would be better if I could fix it right away. Â Â

If I just full press the button the camera will just take the photo, but 9 out of 10 will be out of focus because autofocus has not been triggered. If I touch the screen, the phone first focus and then shots. Is there some setting to force the autofocus even when I press fully the camera button? I want the camera button click to behave just like the screen touch. Is this possible?

I dropped my iPhone & half of my screen when black. The other half is not completely clear, but it's not awful. Everything is working perfectly fine other than the fact that the entire left side of my screen is black. Can I fix it myself or do I have to take it to my Verizon store to be fixed? (and pressing the home and lock screen buttons for 10-20 seconds does NOT work).

The camera app on my Z3 times out, and the camera app closes and returns me to the main screen, after 30 seconds. Sometimes that isn't long enough -- I'm waiting for a specific thing to happen that I want to photograph, like the start of a sporting event, and reopening the camera app is a pain.

So I'm looking at it when I get home, putting on my new screen protectors, and I notice that... Half the screen is dimmer than the other side, (I thought I was seeing things, so I put it against my Mom's iPhone 3G, and I was right...) and now there is a dead pixel. This screen is a dud! I'm sorta tired of my monthly visits to the Apple Store...good thing this is all under warranty. Anyone else had this problem that reoccurs? Or the have dimmed problem? I'm bummed out... I can't get to the Apple store for a few weeks. Guess I gotta deal with it...eh? There was some awesome Customer Service people who made my visit a breeze though!
View 4 Replies View RelatedI love my G3 and have had no negative issues with the new Android, except for this one. When I receive a call, the bottom half of the screen is blank/black. I'm able to answer and end a call only because I know where the icons are, they still work but I just can't see them. Upon ending the call, the whole screen comes back. It's only on incoming calls that I've had this issue (although, I don't use too many apps so don't know if it's occurring elsewhere). I do not root my devices.

When i tried to unloack it only the top half of the screen shows an image the other half barely visible and i have this wierd lines trying to scroll down the screen like its trying to load. I have not dropped my phone or knocked it or anything. I have taken very good care of it so i am suprised to be having this issue. Once this 'feature' activates, the right half of the screen will be updated, but at a very choppy rate. Only resolution is to reboot the phone.
Doesn't appear to have any correlation to apps I'm running. Has happened running Waze, gmail, and simply flipping through home screens.
This happens at least 2 to 3 times a day, and started happening after receiving the OTA on Saturday. Have had the 64GB version since mid-November. Has been rock solid until this past weekend.
Tried wiping the cache partition, but issue still occurs.
