when i install the media go software it shows an error named "install microsoft windows media format 11 runtime" and after i found it and installed it it's again showing the same message

The phone was working fine and I had great battery backup than ever before also I learned how to manage RAM and installed apps. Everything was going fine but all of the sudden I'm not being able to connect in MTP mode in PC companion it just says "No Phone Connected". Another serious issue is phone does not charge when connected to my laptop in MTP but the arc light in the phone shows its charging. I already try reinstalling PC companion but still the same.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a problem when i try to connect my z5 compact to pc companion using wifi. it said " can not connect to pc companion using wifi " when i try pairing my old xperia ZL it works without any problem. and then i noticed that there is no option for wireless media transfer in connectivity menu.

i can't install the PC companion 2.00.146. i already downloaded it but when its time to install it it says "Error Number: 0x80040707. Description: DDL function call crashed: NewUI.ISGlobalSubclassDialog." i already downloaded it 5 times assuming that maybe the PC companion was not downloaded properly but again the same problem occurs.
View 5 Replies View RelatedFew days back I message poped up on my X10i phone that new software available. I check it on SUES and it said new software 2.1 is awailable. So I started download with SUES........files downloaded and installation started on but just after around 2% installation it stopped and an error message came up that " Installation was not successful. Please check your phone battery, make sure that it is atleast 50% charged and try again" and then when i boot my phone it just give the exclaimation mark on the start and hangs there. Although the battery was already charged to 100%.

Purchased the Xperia Mini Pro today, eager to get to grips but as soon as i'd done the basic settings i'm told there is a new software update. After recently upgrading from the X10 Mini Pro, i am well aware on how to update the software using PC Companion.However, this update is proving difficult. Once i follow the steps provided and get to the 'Phone Software Update' window, with the four steps (Start, Prepare, Update, Finish) I'm stranded at step 2. The whole 'unplug the USB from the phone and computer' steps are proving useless, nothing is happening. I've tried seven times with intervals, and many reboots of my phone, none of which have proved successful. Anyone able to tell me what i may be doing wrong or is there a current problem installing the software for everyone?

Do I need to format the card transfer stuff.I don't want to do I need to format the card in the phone onthe computer and if in the computer "how". I am trying to go to a 1gb to a 4gb... I looked on the forums for awhile and found only the tutorial on inserting the card, I had no trouble with that.

Just bought an Atrix (I had been given an Apple 4 and was talked out of using in favor of the Atrix)
I was able to install Media Link on my Dell Vostro PC running Windows 7, but keep getting the error message during installation on my Dell desktop running VIsta Home Premium that Media Link cannot find MotoHelper Driver 5.0 (I have removed some of the underlines, etc. for brevity's sake). I have installed that MotoHelper Driver about 300 times, but still get this error message.
What is the trick to getting Media LInk to install?
I am unable to search for this famous game "Temple Run" on android market hence unable to install. Why is this not supported on my phone Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini ST15i yet ?
