Oct 31, 2010I just bought my X10 mini. I can change the phone language to Simplified Chinese but can't find Simplified Chinese in the input mode. What should i do to install the Chinese inputting program?will re-install the OS do it? If so, how to re-install the OS?

Oct 20, 2015I've had this phone for about a week now and just noticed that the sound gets distorted when playing music every now and then.
I listen to music on the way to work but after work when I try it, it's cracking/stuttering/skipping, basically unlistenable.
At first I thought it was black player but then the same thing happened on the music app. Different headphones didn't work, it's even happening on the speakers with headphones unplugged. But I've found it is only happening on music as I played a movie at the same time ; the music was shtting itself but the movie audio was fine.
The only sure fix is to restart the phone. Even then, after once I do something else and come back to music, it's all distorted again. Music is on internal storage. Don't have an sd yet...
Xperia Z3 :: Distorted Voice Calls When Connected To WiFi
Oct 14, 2014I purchased an Xperia Z3, love the device but experiencing a MAJOR issue with voice calls being distorted when connected to WIFI. The person on the other side of the call can hear me fine but the line on my side of the call is all distorted and garbled. If I switch off WIFI or disconnect from WIFI then the voice calls work perfectly fine. The issue only occurs when I'm connected to WiFi. There seems to be multiple reports of this issue on Whirlpool forums and mainly for Optus customers. My partner's Xperia Z3c is also having the same issue. I returned one Z3 due to this issue and was given a replacement but the issue still persists on the replacement...

I sent in the phone to my local Sony repair partner in Germany (w-support), who are returning the phone, saying it "meets the manufacturer's specifications." Â I can't believe this, the pictures look horrible!

I have the lastest pushed OSÂ (Lollipop 5.0.2 I believe?) and the problem also occurs after a complete reset of the phone. The camera on this phone is basically worthless with images looking like this.Â

May 26, 2011Ok first off my name is ughwtf because everytime I tried to type in a username it wouldn't do anything so I got annoyed and typed ughwtf and of course it worked. Second off this sight is not very helpful as when I was signing up it didn't even have my phone listed as a choice. My problem is that I do not have backup and restore on my Sony X10 phone and I am trying to update it to android 2.1. I follow the program and it takes me to the site to download backup and restore (which also doesn't have x10 as a model to choose from) and after I download the file on my phone it says blocked for security purposes because it's not from the market. In the instructions (which are for a mini because it doesn't include just a regular x10) it shows the option to allow non market downloads, however on a x10 I cannot find that option under settings or anywhere.

Jul 20, 2011well i used to be able to play the exclusive xperia play before example like and after the update to 2.3.3 i cant . i can download games but after i download it from the experia play app wihch leads me to the gameloft but when i go to my downloads and click on the game it says rom file type is not supported and before it use to install but not now. any ideas what that means and i can download the exclusive xperia play games from the xperia play app that lead me to the android market but not no other games?

Dec 3, 2010a few days ago I bought my SE X10 mini pro.I now have a problem with my battery. A few hours ago, my battery level was around 35%
A few hours later, it remained at 35% indication.Since this couldn't be correct, i restarted the phone. Now, my battery indication was 100%. False again.I turned the phone off. It wouldn't restart.I tried the 'flash device method' by holding back button and putting in computer USB. No help.I tried SEUS. After that, phone switched back on, with false battery indication back to 100%, which is impossible.I noticed that during all this 'fun stuff', my battery refuses to charge. The LED indicator remains green without flashing, the settings screen doesnt say 'charging'. I know that the phone won't charge below 95% battery.So, the phone thinks the battery is 100%, therefore won't charge, and I'm pretty screwed, especially since I fear that once my battery drops dead, the phone won't be able to charge ever since it will think its 100% full...

So I did just that and installed the 'companion' but when I try to update, it's asking me to insert a memory card. I've never taken it out! Not once.
