Xperia X10 Mini/pro :: Cannot Charge X10 Mini Pro/ False Battery Level Indication?
Dec 3, 2010a few days ago I bought my SE X10 mini pro.I now have a problem with my battery. A few hours ago, my battery level was around 35%
A few hours later, it remained at 35% indication.Since this couldn't be correct, i restarted the phone. Now, my battery indication was 100%. False again.I turned the phone off. It wouldn't restart.I tried the 'flash device method' by holding back button and putting in computer USB. No help.I tried SEUS. After that, phone switched back on, with false battery indication back to 100%, which is impossible.I noticed that during all this 'fun stuff', my battery refuses to charge. The LED indicator remains green without flashing, the settings screen doesnt say 'charging'. I know that the phone won't charge below 95% battery.So, the phone thinks the battery is 100%, therefore won't charge, and I'm pretty screwed, especially since I fear that once my battery drops dead, the phone won't be able to charge ever since it will think its 100% full...

Jun 1, 2012I've been waiting for the update for my SI 1250-3615 and now the end is on the list, the experience with my Mini Pro is very good, battery lasts 2 days, with wifi, whatsapp, gmail, hotmail, calls and this is good, also the performance of the phone is good too, now have Android 2.3.4 (when I buy what I had installed), so if I have the latest version of Android, but I do not get to have a bad experience just to update it.With ICS the battery will last less? The performance will be less? or? I can reinstall 2.3.4 on my Android phone in a simple way without losing the warranty?

I disabled Wireless settings , bluetooth etc even after that it is not possible to watch movie or video songs or play games for more than two hours. Jan 7, 2012I Bought a new Xperia mini pro about 3 weeks back and it was so cool and I had no problems up till last week. The prblem of the phone is, the battery level drops to 1% suddenly from 20%. And it says battey is 1% and it'll shut down. I didn't do anything, no rooting nothing. it is same as new. It happened about 4 times during this last week.
all 4 times it dropped from 20% or 17% or something to 1%. I'm really scared about that and somebody please help me what can i do regarding that. and when i connect it to the charger following that.

The last time I charged my phone, after I unplugged it, the battery level stayed at 100% for more than five hours. Then, when it got down to 30%, the phone warned about low battery level and shut down. Afterwards, it was impossible to turn back on.

Jun 22, 2012I bought the Xperia Mini some days ago. First thing I did was to update it onto Android ICS. I listen to music quiet often. What I encounter is that when listening to music (with earphones), battery life is pretty bad. Mediaserver is eating up quiet a big chunk of my battery's capacity (have a look at the attached screenshots). I am using a 32GB microSD-card.
By the way, I have already contacted Sony support, who told me to disable the "play on device" app (did not solve the issue).
