May 27, 2012I recently transferred from an iPhone 4 to 4s, all my apps went across fine. I also downloaded a few new apps no problem. However, one particular app didn't download and now remains 'Waiting...' I therefore atempted to use itunes to download it and then transfer it onto the phone, the farthest the app got then was 'Installing' but no progress followed. The app cannot be deleted either using itunes and on the phone itself. I even removed all the apps on the phone using itunes but it remained 'waiting...'.
Now, the strangest part is I opened Game Center and it showed the game as installed the PLAY option in the top right. To my surprise the app opened and wroks. HOWEVER, the app remains 'waiting...' everywhere else. It cannot even be closed by double tapping the home button. This means I cannot delete the app nor simply close it - it is constantly on 'in the background'. Summary; App appears not to complete download, cannot be deleted, can be opened through game center and cannot be closed by double tapping home button.

May 26, 2012I got from the US Curve 8520 that has been used in At&t I am from Israel and I have Orange Israel Sim card (partner company) I only have English language installed on my device and I know there's Hebrew support for this phone. May 11, 2010Im 8900 owner, and im using Hebrew language and running 4.6.1.199 OS.When i got the BB (running Hebrew) the keyboard shortcuts ("R" to reply, "T" for top, etc) worked well, and after a while its just stopped to work.
I tried battery pull, doesnt help.With English the shortcuts works fine, but sometimes after reboot it stop working and then im changeing the language to another>then back to English again and the shortcuts back. (it doesnt work for Hebrew).Anyone can think about something i can do to make the shortcuts work on Hebrew again?

When the updating finished I discovered that the phone is now in English (instead of in Hebrew as before) and that the Hebrew language is now deleted from the device (or at least I can't change it to Hebrew again nor I can write in Hebrew). How can I restore the language?

Oct 18, 2012I frequently hit adjacent keys while texting on my old Droid X. A larger screen and of course 4G and a faster processor were appealing as well. As the Razr HD models sport screens almost as large as the S3 I ran to see them on their first day out of the gates. What a disappointment! Holding my old Droid X up against them I saw that the usable screen sizes were identical. Namely 4.3" unless playing videos in which case the video filled up the Razr HD's 4.7" screen. I couldn't find anything else that would fill up the screen. Perhaps, photos might. But internet browsing, texting and whatever else I tried occupied a 4.3" inset within the 4.7" screen. So why have a 4.7" screen at all? The Galaxy S3 on the other hand fills up the entire 4.8" screen with not only video but everything else, including texting, messaging, web browsing, and everything else I tried. So what gives? Why did you even create a 4.7" screen if you aren't going to utilize it to its full potential?
