Apr 22, 2010I am training a hearing service dog to locate and respond to different sounds. Can I create sound effects (door bell, alarm clock, etc) on my blackberry then set it on a continuous loop? I want to set the sound effect then hide the blackberry until the service dog finds it while the sound is still going on.Is there an app that does that? or can I load the sound effect and somehow get the sound to be on a continuous loop?I don't want to spend too much time fiddling with this so the easier the solution the better.

Jun 8, 2012I get no sound from on-board speakers or volume adjustment bar for both Iphone 4 (ringer) and Ipad 3 (sound effects) - both IOS 5.1.1. Apple 'solution' is a complete Itunes system restore. All is fine with headphones. Problem comes and goes. Any easier solution while away from Itunes?Apple have checked Iphone headphone socket and is OK.

Dec 9, 2015One of the reasons the speakers sounded good was the global settings for sound environments and EQ for headphone jack and speakers. Makes no sense for an update that makes the sound less on this device. PowerAmp has EQ settings, but this does not work for other apps or videos. Not having the global settings is a negative.
The settings for some reason are now located in the Play Music app. It is the same settings and appears to still be global. If it were linked to the Play Music app, I should not be able to mess with settings when the Play Music app is disabled, but I can. I created a shortcut to the Audio Effects with QuickShortcut (handy app!).
Audio Effects are accessible with the QuickShortcut app, so no need for the Play Music app.

I love listening to music from every genre, but I find that the default "None" or flat equalizer settings are pretty terrible. I've gone through the various presets available, but none of them are perfect for a wide range of musical selections. If there was one thing I couldn't complain about the iPhone, it was the audio quality. The equalizer on my iPhone was always zeroed out, but the sound quality was always great.

Feb 24, 2012I would like to know if custom equalizer presets in music player can be created in Symbian Belle (not possible in N8 with S^3 and Anna).Setting all the bars to the highest makes a significant difference to the volume levels (as I had done with my N95) as compared to all the bars being set in the middle (default preset).
As Symbian Belle is highly customizable, it would be great if this feature is included.

I tried playing with some head phones and pulling them in and out pausing and unpausing while music was playing which I read in a forum can fix this problem.no luck..i realized there was a small piece of paper/lint in the headphone jack and pulled it out with a toothpick.this is driving me crazy.. Dec 16, 2012Ok so my phone is **bleep**ing up. It happened earlier when I noticed that I got a call and I could not hear anything or speak. However when I turned the speaker phone I could hear everything but Im not sure if the other person could hear me because the call ended. Now no sound comes out of my phone speaker. EXCPET FOR THE TEXT NOTIFICATION. That still goes off and sounds perfectly. So the speakers cant be broken. Also I used the voice commands and it said it could not hear anything.

Jan 27, 2012I bought Lumia 800 couple days ago and was very satisfied. But now i have a problem. When i tap on screen on top right corner area screen produces clicking sound. It's not software issue, it seems that display is not mounted properly. It occurs even when phone is powered off. Anybody else having this problem? Should I request a new unit? I didn't bought it from a store but from local reseller so i don't know if he'll be willing to replace it for me. Maybe it's my imagination but it looks like typing on that area is slightly unprecise.
