I updated to R2BA020 firmware and then the PlayNow app disappeared. Originally the FW was xxxxx14, and that had PlayNow which I have used and downloaded a few apps from already. But after the new FW update, the PlayNow app has gone.

I use telkomsel as the telco provideri update around December 2011 (?) to 4.0.2.A.0.58.In February this year or close to that, there is a permanent notification to update the FW to x.x.062. because i don't have time yet, I just let it stay that way. end february I went to US and will stay here in US until next april.for cost reason in US I used AT&T.after using AT&T for awhile, i just realized that the update notification is gone, i try to check trough setting> about phone> software update.and it say my phone is up to date. my guess is the x.x.062 is not yet approved by AT&T or something like that.my question is this: "will the notification update show up again when I'm back in Indonesia and switch the SIM card to my previous telco provider; Telkomsel?i'm only interested to update the phone back in Indonesia, just to make sure i'm not messing with anything.

I accepted the terms and started downloading it.After finishing it asked me if i wanted to restart it, when i did nothing happened it just went back o the check for update dialog box. I updated to tango some 1 month back and registered to nokia music...initially i was able to download the mixes but downloading songs from store was showing some error... Then one day i saw an update for nokia music in marketplace, and after the update the option of store and my mix had disappeared from the app... There is same problem with nearly everyone in my friends who had updated to new version present in marketplace.

View 5 Replies View RelatedBefore the latest update, most of my apps were organized into folders and some of these folders were placed on the home screens. After the updates, some of the folders are "gone" not only from the home screen but from the apps area. I can see the apps if I go into App Manager, but I cannot open them from there. So I currently cannot find any way to open many apps that I previously downloaded (and app manager says I still have). Strangely, this only happened with some apps and folders but not all . What do I need to do to regain access to these apps?

I tried "Show all" and such to see if it got hidden but no such luck. Have tried battery pulls and deleting and re-downloading the app to no avail. I also can't find them on my PC. I found a few unimportant videos that had downloaded to my PC, but none of the ones I most particularly wanted to keep. All my photos are still on my iPhone and on my PC. I did update my phone to the latest iOS. So I'm thinking that could have had something to do with it. Are these videos lost forever?
