I installed last update 3. something, and now it tells me my SD card is not installed. I tried reinstalling the update, and reinstalling the SD card, and nothing helped. I even reformated the card to see if it helped. It was working perfectly fine with previous version of OS.
View 3 RepliesUpdated the phone yesterday after Sony released new update to Lollipop ( meant to fix all the bugs that lollipop had) and my ENTIRE card was wiped. Over 2500 songs gone in an instant. I am so totally over this whole android Sony screw up I can't even express it in words.
View 9 Replies View Relatedi installed the latest update 071.004 on e72, now text message doesn't work properly. i have to switch off and on once to recieve the msgs. most of the msgs i send will go n sit in outbox. i have to manually select each one and select send option in outbox to send them. Also found problems with bluetooth. send via bluetooth option doesn't work. it doesn't even search for the the devices available.I am also getting 'memory full-close some applications' error in messaging and also in the browsers.my phone has about 191Mb of free space and mem card(8gb) 5.6gb free.

I do really have serious problem. I have nokia N900 which is U.S.A. I was trying to update through flasher, then the phone doesn't complete booting I mean just stuck on booting. I did try another version, and also doesn't work. The phone only accept one or tow version which is a Global RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM and Middle East version RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.42-11.003_PR_COMBINED_003_ARM. Just accepting the old version. When I update to latest version, it just stuck for more than 4 hours on the 5 dots or booting.
I did read almost or all the posts talking about this problem and no one worked with me. I did flash it with EMMC first then OS but also nothing happened. And when I flash with the old global, the phone boot up and work fine but when I check the IMEI there is nothing show up. And there is red line on the top on the sim card. I tried many SIM card. But nothing work. I hope I can find solution.
NOTE: The phone out of warranty.
What time does the software can be installed X8 SD card too!

View 9 Replies View RelatedOk, so I still have the songs I had b4 I've downloaded the 2.1 OS; when I look into the X10 Mini, the "AVAILABLE ROOM" seems to have gotten bigger; but I also have many times in which the phone says: "no SD card found" or"no available storage" and such, regardless all my songs are there(not sure where!), and the "SD and storage" still shows the amount of memory like - Total room: 3.67GB and Available room: 3.11GB; considering I only had about 1.70GB left pryor to the 2.1 OS update!!!

View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter starting the updating setup via Sony PC Companion this program told that at time my PC is preparing (and it will take some time) itself for updating I can disconnect my phone or not, so I disconnected it and then I pluged it in again. Phone started to update (it turned off and started updating) and suddenly communique came out telling me that my phone is no longer connected. Sony PC Companion told me to unplug it and restart, after that my phone keeps restarting all the time.

View 1 Replies View Relatedmy recovery after I installed the latest android version(also installed custom rom and elementalx kernel, but I don't think it has anything to do with it), when I try to flash recovery, it works basically, but whenever I start the phone it automatically goes into recovery, and the only way to fix it is to flash another boot.img file, it reboots fine when I do it, but then I don't have recovery only the dead red triangle thing (Don't give me the power+vol fix, that's not the solution I'm looking for, as its not a very useful recovery), I tried to flash few recoveries/other boot.img files, but none of them boot regulary + recovery is working..I doubt its a problem with the boot.img I try to flash, because I tried so many and it didn't worked, anyway.

- Not smooth kinetic scrool
- Camera video recorder is too laggy
- All 2D games as Angry Birds as are not playing smoothly

I've tested ICS with factory settings and cleaned SD card. Also wiped all data. Same problems appeared.I've also Class 10 SD card.All of these problems fixing when i use Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread.
Having problems when i talk i the phone. After 3 to 15 minutes my phone locks itself and sets the reciving signal to zero. After 10 more seconds its wake to life and i can call again but it will disconnect again.

However, I noticed that I am unable to listen to music, I can't hear my phone ringing, The receiver of my calls cannot hear my voice (low sound), No sound on notifications, no sound for the alarm and slower wifi connection. I can only obtain sounds if I connect to an earset. For your information, volumes settings were checked and found to be set at almost 80% max level. Is there a change in the sound settings?

View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter latest update that brought us pinch-zoom I've got issue with using the phone with my in-car Bluetooth handsfree. It happens during call - it all works great up to some point when BT connection seems to "hang" so both phone and car BT thinks in's still active while it's not. After I move the call to the phone and finish conversation, BT in the phone gets turned off and it never turns on again until I reboot the phone. This is pretty annoying as I spend 2+ hrs daily in the car and I live in Ontario, Canada which has a law against using cellphones during driving except with handsfree.
