i have encountered a problem on my Xperia x10. when i use the cellular data to download stuff from the market , it always says download paused. But when i use wifi im able to download.
A few days ago a system update became available for my Desire C but it doesn't seem able to download properly. I just get an error message saying there is a problem with my wifi/internet connection. Does anyone know what the problem might be, and how I can fix it?
I have a paused icon on the lock screen under the date & time. I've had my phone several months & never noticed it before. Doesn't seem to affect or pause anything so it's just kind of annoying... how to fix? The icon is a shoe with a circle under the heel. Inside the circle is a person jogging kind of like the fitness app icon.
My defy showing Download Paused on Notification bar if i click that its going to market and not showing any downloads.. And further i cant able to download in market. If i click download on any application the downloads increasing but showing paused.. And i am about stop it but default its showing download paused 13 and not able to start any download .
i have a sony ericsson aino. when i record with my phone, usually the videos are paused when playing. the sound is fluid, but the video, is paused in moments. here a example: http://www.Internet.com/watch?v=tnnify6kjte
Name the distance and type of race, I've likely done it several times over. I've trained with heart rate monitors, GPS devices, and Power Meters (for cycling). I push myself hard during workouts. I'm not saying this to impress anybody, trust me - I'm no pro. But I write this in the hopes that someone from Motorola actually reads this and thinks, "this guy represents our target audience. Maybe we should hear him out..." After all, there are plenty of people who train like me. If you're one of them, or if you're a MOTOACTV user who just sees the value in being able to see your data when paused, please add your vote.
The fact that the screen freezes when a workout is paused is the single reason I reach for my Garmin when I'm going out for a serious run. The ability to hit pause, assess how the workout is going, and make adjustments midway is critical. When I stop to take a drink of water, the first thing I do is hit the pause button. The second thing I do is see how I'm doing. Am I going too fast, too slow? Is my heartrate where it should be? What can I do to get back on track? My Garmin gives me all the information necessary to answer these questions. The MOTOACTV gives me nothing other than a song to listen to when I'm fuming over the ridiculousness of this "feature", or rather, the lackthereof.
There is a reason even professional athletes gather around their coach during every time-out, between quarters and during half-time. It's to assess the situation and make adjustments before it's too late. Imagine if, during every time-out or other break in the action, someone comes and tapes the coach's mouth shut and ties his hands behind his back. "How am I doing, coach?" Shrug. "Any advice for me coach?" Shrug. The game resumes, and the coach is allowed to speak again. Yup, there's your MOTOACTV. It's your coach, and he's no where to be found when you need him most.
I cannot download any apps from the market on my X10. I have tried clearing the cache but it hasn't worked.Started when I installed the latest updates from sony ericsson.
I'm trying to download some free apps from the "Market", does anyone know how long items take? I've tried to download a couple of free things 2 days ago and they are still downloading?I know my internet is working ok as I can access Yahoo email and the browser no problem so my connection is ok?But the blue "shimmering" download bar is showing saying "Starting download" but after many many hours still nothing? Then it stops and I've got to restart it again?
i have tried about 10 times now to download the new 2.1 software on my x10 but with no joy, once i come near the end of stage 2 of the upgrade it then cancels and gives me an error message saying (unable to start phone and update components)
I'm downloading an application right now and I want to know how I can cancel the dowload. It said that if i'm opening a web page or something like i just need to press the button on the buttom left of the phone press more and then download and like that i can cancel my download , but when i follow the step they say that my dowload history is empty, but in the top left of the screen of my phone we can see the little arrow that show i'm dowloading and when i drag the arrow down i can see the application dowloading but nothing in the dowloading history. So i want to know if there another way to cancel download.
Can someone tell me why I can't re-install some apps. that I had before I upgraded the software on my phone? These apps do not even show up in the marketplace on my phone, but they do on my wife's (same phone). We have gone through all the settings on our phones and did not find anything different.
I have downloaded android 2.1 and I can not download MMS and internetsettings. I just called customers service about the downloadissues my X10 has, but they shove it over to Google, that they're messing with the market. Since google has nothing to do with my internetsettings
Also, HOW do you turn off autocorrect in the messages? It's annoying and I can't find the options anymore.
My phone has been downloading a wallpaper for 5+ days from Rogers. How do I make it stop? it's clearly not going to download, and all of my other internet connections are working fine. I'm afraid it's eating up my data!
I have download an update and before everething works just fine, but when I have done the update my contacts disapired even do I have done the back up that one and second i cant download any apps from the market when I'm starting download nothing change its not going forward. I was trieing to fix it againt but all the same
When I go to m.sonyericsson.com/backup I get 'Cannot find message associated with key http.550' message. I would like to upgrade to Android 2.1 on my X10 mini.
I've been told 2.1 is available for my U.S. AT&T xperia x10. I was given a link on the S.E. website by AT&T. As part of that i am trying to download the latest SE Backup and Restore app I go to the link provided by S.E. for the latest Backup & Restore, the file downloads to the phone but when i click on the download to install I get a message that says: "For security your phone is set to block installation of applications not sourced in the android market"
All of a sudden apps stopped being able to be downloaded or updated from the market place. They just stay on the 'starting download...' status which is rather irritating. I've tried clearing cache and resetting the market and know i've a master reset as a last chance option
