I feel foolish for asking this, but I'm using the 0.435 update and HTC_IME keyboard. I just noticed that there are checkmarks placed beside texts and I'm a little confused as to what they mean. It happens to a couple of contacts and that's it.Is this something that came with the new update, or existed with the HTC keyboard or something? Maybe someone could fill me in on this?

I cannot recall if my WiFi here ever worked since my network carrier here has a promo wherein I pay 50php for 1 day of internet usage. But then, I realized that we had WiFi here at home, well not always. But the main problem is, it doesn't work on my bb. It reads my WiFi router(linksys) but the WiFi icon doesn't turn white. it's always gray.
That's odd because when I'm scanning for networks and I connect, it always says "WiFi setup complete" But it doesn't show a check mark, it just shows a dash mark. I tried to look for a problem and when I go to services status, my Blackberry internet service is not connected. But I have an active profile of linksys.
when I make a call it immediately says "call ended/closed" and when I enter *110# I get this message: Connections problems or invalid MMI-code.When I restart my phone, maybe repeting that process like 10 times then I can send/recieve calls/texts, but only for a brief moment.Before it wasn't as bad... I always got the Connection problem message after a I've made a phone call. But now it is bugging me 24/7.I have resetted my phone, I've even upgraded it. Still nothing.I have changed network operator. Still nothing.I have inserted my phone card into another phone and with that phone I have no problems.So I suspect it most be my phone's fault. I have a Xperia x10.
View 2 Replies View Relatedi got my xepira not long ago and to be honest im disappionted and im thinking of taking it back as i never get any of my texts and the ones i do get are merged from the ones i recieved ages ago and ive looked at websites to see if i can find whats wrong with it and whether its the sim card or not.i also keep getting the lost texts coming through all at once and its ridiculous. can anyone tell me whats wrong and whether i should just get a new phone?

Has anybody else noticed that the Razr Maxx wont separate the texts into multiple texts if you go over 160? I didnt notice it until I did it the other night, and got a sending error. I could have sworn in the past there was an option for this.

I can send them, and people recieve them, but when people text me, I don't get their texts.I have put my sim card into another phone, and have been able to recieve texts perfectly.HOWEVER. I have resolved this issue once, I was reccomended to do a factory reset on my phone. I did it, and I was receiving texts again.But, after a while, I stopped receiving texts.I don't want to have to do a factory reset again and again, since reinstalling all the apps is a pain.

Get message warning of potential high costs, but even when accepting this, get message saying you can't turn on Data Roaming when outside your home network. Is this the problem? I have just given the x10 to a courier who has taken it away, and just tried to work out how to restore back onto the Desire, and now i'm starting to realise it may not actually work that way

Sometimes it will send multiple duplicate copies of an SMS text. I mean 4 or 5 copies of the same message, usually straight after 1 another. However, yesterday, I restarted my phone, as GPS would not turn off, and then shortly after I got a text from a friend asking why I has sent her a message about the weather.
I would like to know if it is possible to save my texts on my computer before I delete them from my phone?
