Oct 14, 2010Yesterday I updated my phone Xperia x10 as per the guidelines. even phone update was completed as per the picture enclosed. I restarted the phone is not getting restarted.

May 9, 2012I cannot restart my Iphone 4G when I tried to updated to IOS 5.1.1 and message apaered that the updated failed .All i get now is a picture on the iPhone to connect to Itunes but that result only in a connecting sound but the iPhone doesn't show up in iTunes. When I press the power button it shows Nokia and after that the loading screen (those 5 white points) for like 30 second with the menu button light turned on and after that it shuts down.

Sep 5, 2010I've been using a daily horoscope program with no problem since I first got my phone a few months ago. Today when I went to use it, it told me an update was available, so I choose to accept the update. When it asked if I wanted to reboot/restart the phone now or later, I selected now. The phone proceeded to update the software and now I can't use my phone at all.
I tried connecting my phone to my computer so I could restore it, but desktop manager says it can't communicate with my phone. And when I plug in the power cord, my phone doesn't even register that it's charging up. So, since so much of my life is connected to my phone, and I can't use my phone at all, I'm squirming. Of course, AT&T online tech support is closed Sundays; I guess nobody else has a phone emergency on Sundays. All I get is a white screen that tells me to reload software.

Nov 7, 2014I had been using my Z2 for 1 and a half year. everything goes very fine until dew days ago. It suddenly goes into blackscreen while pressing power button/ power + vol. up does not work. I need to dock/charge it for like few secs to make it "alive". I tried reset phone to factory settings, and it still the same.
Tried repair through Sony PC Companion, but it takes FOREVER to download and i just give up this (I have totally no issue at all with my connection. I was browsing youtube, playing games, scrolling facebook etc. without any internet latency problems so definitely will not be my network problem). Then today, it restarted again, so i tried docking it (it was abt 90% remaining). once i dock it, it displays with very low battery (its like less than 10%).....
