Jul 23, 2010finally, with USB-2Go, I can find valid reason to upgrade from N70. good pixel camera, ability to browse files from external drive, and HDMI out. Well my question is, is the USB2Go port seperate from the HDMI out port ? If yes, does it mean I can use the N8 to browse my external drive and play video thru my HDTV ? So Nokia N8 can be my full fledged media center, radio player, camera, phone

Mar 30, 2012According to my IT guy I need to get my phone to pull emails out either on port 995 for SSL POP3 or on port 993 for SSL IMAP. My phone errors out when I setup the account through the phone. Koodo does not allow setting it up through a browser. They say the server I have used my 8830 on for years is not compatible with my new 9360 and that it is a Blackberry problem!

Sep 21, 2015I had a really weird problem with my z3. I ve been using my device about 11 months and I havent faced any problem but 2 days ago surprisingly the USB port didnt work. I can not charge my phone and if I 'd like to charge it,I need to push charging cable a little bit to top of USB port. When I do that it charges but this action may occur negative consequences in the long term and also headphone jack has the same problem. Btw, phone has not take any impacts or excessive using.Why did this happen and how I fix it.

May 17, 2012My usb port for mini pro got damaged,It is not covered under warranty(Ok,I am not gonna fight for this with Sony,let it be).I can still charge the phone,But the pc wont detect it.I am pretty sure it is a physical damage and not a firmware one because It started the day I tried to plug an invalid charger(Dont ask me abt it)

Days ago I've try to use the USB port and the behavior was weird, each 2 seconds the connection change between USB and Magnetic Port (Fake)... then the battery starts to discharge very fast, becomes hot and stop the charging. USB Connection with PC have no problems and the charging with Magnetic Port is also right... I already tryed to restart the phone, and flash a new firmware.

The iPhone was dropped in water and it doesn't boot at all. The sim tray has no IMEI or serial number. He doesn't have the box or any backups avaliable on his computer either . In theory, a straight USB cable would do it- but apparently the 5400 has a stupid, non-standard interface. Hence, this doesn't work with BitPim. It will recognize the phone, but fail midway during any real data transfer operations.My understanding is that the solution is to use a USB data cable with a usb-to-serial adaptor (i.e. Prolific chip). It sounds like a company named FutureDial used to make one. However, I can't seem to find any such cable in existence anymore. Anybody know where I might find such a thing?
