I turned on wifi and searched for connection. Xperia neo V locates my wifi router, and after entering the password, I gave connect. It did not get connected. It is not showing any error message. It stays idle. I dont know what prob.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a question about wi-fi on Z5C. Most of the time i have wi-fi disabled. In 2 days wi-fi is enabled maybe 4 hours, not more.
But graph shows, that wi-fi is always enabled? Also time counter shows wi-fi running 2 days 11 hours (the same that phone wake-up time from last 100% battery).
my x8 cannot browsing with my WiFi. It can connect to the WiFi, it already obtain IP address, it can open the setting for the router, BUT it can't open any other website.

In the recent month I have about 10-15 restarts a day, also used SEUS to reinstall the software about 7 times and it gives the same result.
When 3G or Wifi is turned off I can use every app without problems, as soon as I turn 3G of Wifi on the phone crashes, restarts, input my pincode, freezes, restarts and that repeats about 5 times before I can turn off the 3G or Wifi.
Is there a known problem with this phone and the radio transmitter/receiver?
I am unable to set proxy for Wi-Fi. I donno why SE doesn't included this option for Neo. Where as in Samsung, this option is available for very basic model of Galaxy.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have had my sony xperia Z3 for a while now, but the wifi just recently stopped working anywhere. the wifi wont even turn on. I go Settings>Wifi>Wifi on and all it says is "turning on wifi.." and that is all it says. tried everything including factory reset and system updating using my computer. How can I fix this problem myself? Or will I need to send it to Sony to get fixed, or will Sony exchange my phone for me since it was nothing I did, and a problem with the phone.
The phone was no where near water before, or at anytime in at least the past 2 weeks and was not dropped. was sitting on my desk for an hour or so and when i pickd it up wifi had disconnected itself and wouldnt come back on.

Problem: list of available WiFi networks will not refresh until WiFi switch has been toggled off/on.
Even "refresh" in the settings will not work.
