how do i take backup of all installed apks on my xperia pro? using apks?my phone is not rooted. that means when i reset myphone or update my phone all apks are again reinstall on my pro? thats why is any application to backup& restore phone with installed apks and its settings?
View 2 RepliesI'm having another issue with my z2 which randomly happens and causes annoyance.
If it try to install an apk (I have untrusted sources enabled) the apks install screen appears and at the bottom you have the usual cancel or install buttons.
For some reason I can always press cancel but if I press install sometimes nothing happens it's as if the system doesn't pick up on the press, i've cleaned the screen and use the phone on a daily basis as I'm writing this for instance I'm pressing exactly were the install button appears and I have no issues so I don't think it's the screen.
My friend just bought XPEIRA Z2. was able to instal apk's before, now suddenly can't install. Whenever he tries to install, he's unable to click "INSTALL"
Don't have SCREEN FILTER APPS. I've told him to enable unknown resources or uninstall ANTIVIRUS apps, still can't fix it...

I'm bootloader unlocked, twrp installed, rooted (systemless root) and decrypted and also "unknown sources" is turned on in settings. I cant install some app cos of this.

Looking into this matter I found that in my Application Center, the BB Messenger is listed as "not installed" even though I installed it. Re-install also hasn't helped.i cannot delete it as "delete" is not listed in the menu. I'm also not able to see the application using teh Desktop Manager.
so my question are:
1) How can I find out what are the 4 icons indicating?
2) How can de-install my messenger now to just start from scratch?

I have my own apps installed, ones I trust and know and would like to remove, permanently, those I deem unrequired. Is there a way of deleting these applications, which currently are locked or am I forced into rooting the phone first, thereby probably invalidating the warranty.
