after every call, my phone opens network settings. The last meny, where you can choose network mode etc.. This happened on android 2.6 i think it was, and now on 4.04. Is this normal, if not how to fix this.

View 5 Replies View RelatedAfter updating to .62, the hardware keyboard layout is wrong. I have a Swedish/Finnish keyboard, and the keys åäö generate the characters '?. instead. Half of the blue modifier key letters are also mixed up, and I can't even type @ any more. In essence, the keyboard is practically useless.I suppose that without root access, there's nothing that can be done?

- Very laggy menu and homescreen slide animation
- Not smooth kinetic scrool
- Camera video recorder is too laggy
- All 2D games as Angry Birds as are not playing smoothly
- All 3D games have a big RAM problem.
I've tested ICS with factory settings and cleaned SD card. Also wiped all data. Same problems appeared.I've also Class 10 SD card.All of these problems fixing when i use Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread.
who has the x10 mini what exactly I should be inputting for the correct settings? I have the info off the three.co.uk page & I know where they should be entered on the phone but the info isn't exactly the same (the phone has "proxy" "port" "MMS proxy" "MMS port" which two out of these four should I enter the details from three's website I have tried umpteen times to get it right.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI decided to upgrade my Xperia Pro (SI 1252-5232, it´s in the list) to ICS. the Sony PC Companion sees the phone and writes an update to version 4.1.B.0.587 is possible, so i click on agree, it downloads the SW to the PC, and than it TURNS OFF THE PHONE and shows a step-by-step guide how to update (1. disconnect USB cable from phone and PC, 2. battery must be +50%, 3. turn off phone and wait 5 sec.->>???WTF? how can i turn it off when "it" turned it off itself? 4. connect USB cable to PC, 5. hold "back" key and connect phone to USB). I tried it several times, with MTP and MSC mode, disconnected it, turned off, waited 5 secs, pressed "back" and connected" maybe 5 times all the possible ways, but it simply does nothing when I press the back button and connect it, only the LED is green.
I´am doing wrong? How long should I press the back button, which phone-settings are required, where could be the error?

Recently I noticed this strange behaviour. It does not happen with all phone calls, but it already happened twice since yesterday, I receive a phone call and once I hang up I'm sent to the iPhone's main screen with the green warning bar informing me to click there to return to my Facetime call. If I click I'm sent to the Facetime app.
But notice that I did not make a Facetime call, I received a standard phone call.Â

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm having a strange problem with my new Xperia Z3 Dual ever since I updated it to Lollipop. I’m using two SIM cards from two different operators. But every morning I notice that there is no signal available for SIM2. Signal comes back to normal on SIM2, if a call received or if I made an outgoing call from SIM1. Otherwise I have to switch on to Airplane Mode and switch it off every time to get the signal back. Because of this issue the battery drains so fast during night (due to loss of signal for 6-7hrs). And also I notice sudden call drops during conversations within 5-10 minutes after receiving or making a call.

I checked the same SIM using another phone to get verified whether this issue is related with the operator. But there I didn’t notice this strange behaviour. Hopefully this is something related with my Xperia Z3 Dual. I’m using WCDMA(Preferred)/GSM on SIM1 and GSM Only on SIM2.
There is no "Voicemail settings" in the "Call settings" section. It seems like a first page of Call settings is missing because at the top of the list it says "Call settings", then immediately under that it says "Other call settings".

View 10 Replies View RelatedI run a very small business and I'm occasionally on-site at my customers office most of the time. So whenever i'm out, i divert my office number to my Nexus 6P.
So the issue is that it's quite difficult for me to distinguish between a personal call or if it's a diverted call from my office to my Nexus 6P. Previously on Nokia or certain Samsung phones, there was an 'indicator icon' showing that it was a diverted/forwarded call. This worked for me tremendously.
It's definitely a phone feature and *not* a carrier issue. Have downloaded 3 apps (2 free and 1 paid) from the Play store, but they all do not seem to work. Am on "Pure Nexus" ROM.

View 1 Replies View RelatedRecently I have updated my Xperia Pro phone to ICS. After this update both phone dialer and contacts menu opens very slow. It takes 4 to 8 seconds depending on phone congestion to open it i.e. when you hit the phone icon on menu first appers a black screen and than only few minutes after you can call someone. It is a bit uncomfortable when you try call someone, especially if it is urgent, your phone's primary function doesn't work fast. And phone's physical qwerty keyboard changed to azerty.

View 4 Replies View RelatedSo, I bought a G3 (a white D855 32gb) from Dubai a few weeks ago to replace my 16gb UK version.However, it doesn't have an option in network settings for 4G. My SIM is definitely 4G enabled as it worked fine on my last phone and I can get around this using the 4G switcher app, but it defaults back to GSM / WCDMA option on reboot.
The phone has just been updated to version V10i-AME-XX (an Arab version I believe) as I was hoping that would fix it, but still no option for 4G. what I can see, there should be a 4th LTE / 4G option at the top. Why I can't see it? Using a UK (o2) SIM in an international phone perhaps?
