I am unable to get my blackberry ID, i have tried all known passwords, i recently did an os upgrade yesterday, and now while trying to log on to apps world on my phone, its requesting password which i dont have n cant get
I have a BB 9630 Tour Verizon which I am using in India on the Vodafone network.The phone was working fine for the first 10 days or so.I am unable to use the data services on the phone for the past 7 days. I have checked with vodafone and they say that they have checked their systems and as per their system all my services are active.The have asked me to hard re-boot the phone by removing the battery and SIM card. But this has not solved the problem.Then they asked me to go to options -> advanced options -> host routing table ->register now. The screen then shows "Registration message sent". But nothing happens beyond that and I have not received any message from BB that my phone has been registered.
I am unable to setup my gmail account because I don't see the 'I want to create or add an email address' option button in the email setup screen..The setup screen only displays 'I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server'
Is there a way to add the 'I want to create or add an email address' to the email setup screen.?Do I need to flash the os? how do I do that?
I can't find the "blackberry attachment service" file in my application list can I download one? I also looked in Options / Advanced Options / Modules, And don't have "net_rim_bb_attachment" file? How do I proceed from here?
I recently got blackberry storm2 from my brother. I have changed sim also I have registered my mail ID.I am trying to configure blackberry ID but it's not accepting.It's saying that ur smartphone is not associated with the blackberry id.
I have just bought and set up my BB Bold 9900. I downloaded an application or at least tried to and since then I cannot log in with my Blackberry ID even though I can log in on the Blackberry website. Because of that, I am unable to continue the set up for my email accounts. Could you please let me know what I am suppose to do?I tried log in on the website and that works. I have tried resetting the password online and then logging in again and still it does not work.
My blackberry 9930 have been frustrating since I got it about 6mths ago. It's from one problem to another. RIM really needs to do something about this. To say it's frustrating is an understatement.My latest problem is that I am unable to send SMS. I keep getting a red cross and Call barred reply. I am able to receive SMS as well as make and receive phone calls. I pulled my sim out of my blackberry and put it in another phone to be sure that it wasn't my carrier (MTN) that had a problem. I was able to send the SMS with another phone.
After a reboot of my phone, I have the blue screen that asks you to enter your BlackBerry ID and pass, as it states that I have installed a new sim card on my phone (which I have not done)I enter my ID and the correct password and it keeps telling me that its "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account".Is there some sort of issue going on with BlackBerry ID? My ID and password are correct.I've done other reboots and battery pulls and still get the same message.
Well look like RIM its having problem again, my users can not send emails. I have half of the with the same problem every time the send an email they receive an error that says message include an invalid address
Why can't I access fztvseries today the date 24/12/11? Keep getting a bad gateway response I even tried from my computer it saying page not found! I think that the admin of the website meant they have blocked one of the adverts that kept getting displayed about meeting new hot singles think that that advert was blocked not us from loading but now there is a serious problem cos today the sit is down and I checked with downforme.org to see if it was only me but its down for everyone I tried to email the site but came back failed!
I'm having issued with synchronizing my outlook with my bb. I have multiple calendars.
In my bb, I made sure to default my calendar to the one I want. However, when I sync, the default calendar doesn't pick it up, it goes to another one. It used to work but now it doesn't anymore and I can't figure out why. I have double checked my default calendar and it's to the one I want.
Also, I'm unable to change to make changes to the sync through the network. Doesn't work at all, I can't click on it to change it. Again, this used to work over the network but not anymore.
I've got a Blackberry ID that i have set up on the online site, and when I try to connect to blackberry protect, App world and get my Bbm working.. the verifying log in appears. I put in my Username and password, and then says unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account.

In App World, Under "My World", I am unable to see a delete button for the app "Resistor Ohm".I've upgraded to the latest OS version. I suspect the disappearance of the button is due to the app not being declared compatible with my OS version.While I can understand not being able to install the app anew, there should always be a way to delete an installed app.

We go to the email setup wizard and straight away it is asking for a username and password, we enter our email address for username and password of the email account for password, we click next and then it displays a message to enter the username, it keeps displaying this on both of our phones.
We have hotmail and yahoo accounts already setup on our phones, these were setup with no problems at all.

I'm going to the BIS website becuase I dont know my password, and click forgot password. I then put in the device pin and it says successfully sent passowrd to device. the message is not coming to device. I went into firewall and made sure PIN messages werent being blocked. Down the bottom it says 'Incorrect encryption key: 2 blocked"

I have a Blackberry Torch. I used to be able to send MMS and access the internet, then my handset was replaced, and suddenly I couldn't access the internet. Now the internet is fixed but I can't send MMS. A large red cross just appears whenever I try to. When I call my provider, they say everything is active on my account, and I've had to go through the settings with them numorous times each time I call up because they don't believe me when I say I've done it all before. So basically, apparently my account and settings are all correct
