I recently got blackberry storm2 from my brother. I have changed sim also I have registered my mail ID.I am trying to configure blackberry ID but it's not accepting.It's saying that ur smartphone is not associated with the blackberry id.
View 2 RepliesAfter a reboot of my phone, I have the blue screen that asks you to enter your BlackBerry ID and pass, as it states that I have installed a new sim card on my phone (which I have not done)I enter my ID and the correct password and it keeps telling me that its "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account".Is there some sort of issue going on with BlackBerry ID? My ID and password are correct.I've done other reboots and battery pulls and still get the same message.

All seemed good after the Desktop manager data and application switch, then switched to the new PIN on my provider's Blackberry page and everything went smooth.I was able to login to the device Email setup (using Blackberry ID) then also to App World and all worked perfectly.A few hours later, and without any reason, now signing in to Blackberry ID through either the Email setup or App World fails with the error "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account
I can login with the same BB ID and password on the Blackberry ID website, so the account is not locked out. Also, I am not typing the wrong password on the device, because when I do, I get a different error (the email and password combination is not that of a valid Blackberry iD).So apparently, this is an issue with the actual Blackberry ID authentication module. I read a lot of blogs and forums, and many people said it's due to the cached PIN (since I migrated data from my old Torch). I tried removing App World and re-installing a different version (including the Beta 3.0), still same problem occurs.
I am getting the following error message- "unable to login to your Blackberry ID account". My email address and password have been accepted (and I know they are correct I am signed in on your website.

My phone went out of battery and when I charged it again it asked me this question. Now I'm at my last attempt and I'm 100% sure that I gave the correct password the last 9 times.. After I changed my SIM card, they requested me to log into my BB ID, which I tried to do, but failed. In short I am unable to login to my Blackberry ID account which means that I cannot update any apps and as such some (like What's App) has stopped working.I have done the reset password thing, I have reinstalled app world, I have typed the wrong password on purpose and then it says wrong password, so it is not that either.
