I have a BB Curve 8520. I recently downloaded the new Blackberry App World. I had to sign up for Blackberry ID]. But when I download a new app it says to sign in and then it goes to Account Information and then nothing from there. I save the information and it just stays on that page and I can not download app.
I can login to my blackberry ID from my pc but not able to login from my phone.Vodafone tried everything they can including re-installing the software on the phone and now asking to ask blackberry to solve the issue?
Recently on a trip back from the US, I changed my SIM card just before reaching Singapore. Before that, I unchecked the Wi-Fi and Mobile Service boxes. After I changed my SIM card, they requested me to log into my BB ID, which I tried to do, but failed. I have changed my BBID password and tried to log in again, just in case I remembered the wrong password, but to no avail. Right now I am locked out of my own phone by BBID.

I have the bold 9900, I was given a replacement sim I am now unable to login to bbid on my phone. My emails work, but I cannot use apps or purchase onlineas ID login won't work.
In short I am unable to login to my Blackberry ID account which means that I cannot update any apps and as such some (like What's App) has stopped working.I have done the reset password thing, I have reinstalled app world, I have typed the wrong password on purpose and then it says wrong password, so it is not that either.
I have recently changed to a blackberry how these stuff work. Anyway, I have keyed in the wrong password too many times (more than 10 times) and after changing my password, my bold says "unable to login to blackberry ID account".
I think the account is frozen - I can log into the normal BB account but not into BB beta. What gives?

I am encountering problem when attempting to sign in to Blackberry AppWorld v3, they said I need to verify my account but when I put my email and password the notification "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" appeared. I never been in this situation before as I can't be able to download the application I want or I need.
v5.0.0.67 I tried to log into Blackberry app world I entered my email address onto Blackberry ID user name I no this is the right email address I have after a few attempts entered my password which is correct one after a little time I get this message "Enter the user name associated with this smart phone". all i can do is press the ok button and that takes me back to Blackberry app world loggin . I no I am putting the correct email and pass word in but still i cannot get on to app world I have tried using the forgot password this confirms my email address then asks me for password recovery question which I cannot remember at all. I do not have many attemps left on my password recovery and now I am stuck and do not no what to do. I am positive that I have entered my correct email and password because when i have entered them it takes me to "Enter the user name associated with this smart phone" it deos not say incorrect details entered .
my curve 8520 cant login to app world..when i open BB app world then try to download some apps, app world ask me to verify BB ID, after input my ID, app world say ""The Username and Password that you provided does not retrieve a valid BlackBerry ID. Please try again"
I cannot log in to my blackberry id account. I have changed my bb id password and when i try to login my bb id, it shows "unable to login to your bb id account". I have tried the workaround 1 from KB28212 but it only worked at that time. Once i reboot my blackberry, it happen again. I cant update and download any apps.
I have upgraded to Facebook version 3.0 and since then not able to login to FB. I have unistalled and again installed several times but everytime it shows "Facebook server not available now". I want to get back the older version 2.0 which was at least accessible.
I just got a new torch 9810. When I try to login in to app world it says "unable to login to your blackberry ID account". I have no problem logging in on my computer - only on my phone. Very frustrated with this as I want to add the apps I had on the old phone to the new one and/or get new ones.
i am a previous owner of bb 8520 and has already an existing blackberry id.recently, i have upgraded to a torch 9810, but now i cannot login to my bb id account using my phone.however, i can login without problems with my id when using a computer.i cannot fully enjoy the features of my phone because of this.

After a reboot of my phone, I have the blue screen that asks you to enter your BlackBerry ID and pass, as it states that I have installed a new sim card on my phone (which I have not done)I enter my ID and the correct password and it keeps telling me that its "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account".Is there some sort of issue going on with BlackBerry ID? I've got a Blackberry ID that i have set up on the online site, and when I try to connect to blackberry protect, App world and get my Bbm working.. the verifying log in appears. I put in my Username and password, and then says unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account.
I just got my BB Bold 9900 today, and it was working great, everything was runnng fine, then I seen I needed to update the App World App.Phone reboots and when i go back to try to download some apps, it required me to sign into my BlackBerry ID, big deal right.So I signed in and i receive a message saying "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account."It doesn't say please try again later, it says unable to, wtf. I have a smartphone BB9860 along with my Playbook. I just recently have problems downloading apps from my smartphone because of the message " Unable to login to your BB ID account." I thought it was my ISP but I was able to download apps from my Playbook using the same login details using the smartphone's internet connection. I even tried resetting my password but I notice that the attempt counter is not changing, so therefore I am entering the right password. I even check the date & time setting and it was set to automatic. I also tried a hard reset on my smartphore, but still the message is persistent.
When i try to loggin on my facebook application it deny with a message say "You have entered an incorrect Email/Password Combination.Hint: Facebook passwords are case sensitive. (2400) but i'm able to loggin on the facebook website using the same email and password.

my job requires me to travel a lot to different countries quite frequently, which also requires me to constantly change to the local sim card for the country that i am in. Whenever i do this, right after the phone fully loads up, it asks me to sign into blackberry ID which i cannot do since i do not always have the BIS/Data active on the local simcard (it doesnt make sense to pay for BIS for every country i visit esp since i could only be there for a few days). Even if i wanted to activate it, i cant go past the log in screen which only allows me to make 3 options...1. Login (which i cant do without data). 2. Make an emergency call?
