I am using W810 for past 4 years.Now I am trying to use the call barring service, but I'm not able to do so as I'm getting error "PASSWORD ERROR".Even i tried to use several passwords, still no go.any body facing the same problem.or any body have the solution for this.Also my camera is not working as nothing happens when press the camera button.

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a new Spiro mobile phone. Apart from the occasional problem of the screen going black and restarting I didn't have any problems in particular.That is until this Saturday. I was having a discussion with a friend via sms. Everything was working fine until the phone stopped sending sms. It also hasn't been able to since then. I can normally write the message, and when I press Continue I normally go to the sending screen. However, when I press Send I return to the Messages screen and the message I just composed is nowhere to be found. Neither in Drafts nor in Sent. And of course it isn't sent to the receiver. As you can understand I am by no means able to send an sms message to anyone because of this. Along with this problem, since this Saturday any sms that I receive appear as blank when I open them in Inbox. As a result I can't read messages either (apart from the first words shown in the Inbox screen under the name) And that's it, I can neither send nor read sms messages with my Spiro. That makes my phone pretty much useless when it comes to messaging. I would very much appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this problem. I would also appreciate any information regarding the cause of this problem.I do not believe my network provider is responsible as my old phone (W810i) can normally send and receive sms messages.
View 1 Replies View RelatedSorry if this is in the wrong place but I'm new here and wasn't quite sure where to post.My phone ran out of battery, I've charged it until it says fully charged but when I try to turn it on I just get a blank white screen for a few seconds then it just turns off. I've tried other chargers and other batteries which I know work.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have W810i and the problem is that it won't charge - i just want to make sure if the problem is in phone battery or faulty charger? The phone was turning itself off when slightly dropped on table and such. But other then that, it was working and today i brought it to the service and the repairman put other charger and it charged, but only after second attempt after he cleaned connectors a little. Now, i brought it home but it won't charge. The other problem is that it was charging only when i squeeze the connector into specific position, so i guess something with the connectors too, but i'm not sure which one, the charger or the phone. So, what do you think?

View 6 Replies View RelatedDoes anyone know how to turn off shutter sound in Aino? I was using Sony Ericsson w810i for more than 5 years, and then started using Aino from about 2 days ago. With the experience of w810i, I thought enabling the Silent Mode would shutdown the shutter sound, but it's not happening. I tried every profile, did everything I can, but still the shutter sound is still there. If Sony Ericsson team is reading this thread,please be good enough to enable that with the Silent Mode.

1. It's got a 512mb stick in it and I'd like to replace it with something with greater capacity - say 4gb or 8gb - do I can put a lot more stuff on it. I just bought my Hazel yesterday night, trying the WiFi n widget (which only appear in some theme and have 5 widgets appear) and found that a lot of the applications are not there, so as advice in written in paper inside the box, I downloaded the update service software into PC and update to my phone this morning and while doing a light browsing, was amaze that I have whole lot of new applications, games and even theme, but at later of the day, I found out that the I cant surf the net through WiFi, I was able to connect to WiFi, but was unable to surf the Internet.

I called SE about 5 mins ago and they are about as good a customer service as 3 and thats really saying something. I really fed up of the customer support who ain't there to support the customers. Update service software doesn't recognize it and a balloon shows up from my task bar with the message "Found new hardware". I click it and my system freezes. View 2 Replies View RelatedI installed the SE PC suite & backed up everything on my phone next I installed the update service & tried to update my phone it is not getting recognized at all following the instructions properly, ie: Shut down fully charged phone, remove battery and re-insert. Do NOT power on phone. run updater, plug phone in while holding "c". the phone shows up as a device in windows XP after about a minute, but it never gets recognized by the updater. however the PC suite beeps & sees the phone ok. what's the deal here, am I missing something? if PC suite & my computer are able to see the phone, why isn't the updater? also having the same issue with a2uploader, it doesn't see the phone at all

View 6 Replies View RelatedWhenever I try to enable call barring to prevent international calls (turns out I made an accidental call to Canada thinking it was just another state) I get the error message in the title. It asks for a password (and uses that word, not PIN or PIN2) and restricts entry to numbers only, and only four digits long. No generic PINs or specific PINs I've set work. I've even locked my PIN2 and unlocked it with a PUK2 code from T-Mobile so I could reset it to a PIN of my own and that number doesn't work, either, even after giving it a few hours to settle in because the rep online said it could take an hour or two. how to enable call barring so I can enable or disable international calls whenever I want? I don't want to have to call T-Mobile each time.
View 8 Replies View RelatedUp till a few months ago I regularly used TrackID on my Sony Ericson W580i to identify tracks on my local radio station (DJ's are USELESS they never say what the tracks are called!) But the last few months I keep getting the message 'Service Not Available' after the sound sample has been sent to wherever it goes. I understand the service itself is free, but in order to use the service you need to send the sound sample to get it analyzed and you have to pay a 'data transmission charge'. Has Sony discontinued the service? Or have they updated the Track ID system and I need to update my phone? Would save me having to text the DJ's for the track names.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Vivaz is having problems by saying I have used all the phone memory, when I haven't. I check the memory and apparently there is 33mb used by "other". There is no "other!". So I was thinking of updating my phone to wipe it and start again and see if this fixes the problem. I downloaded a newer version of the update service for my computer, turn off my phone, take out the battery, re insert the battery, hold the call button, plug the usb in and after a good while, still nothing has happened. And then the update service decided to freeze and won't let me exit so I keep having to restart my computer. What is wrong with the update service/my phone?
