First of all who has a landline number for SE, not customer support or any of them jokers, someone higher up the chain. I called SE about 5 mins ago and they are about as good a customer service as 3 and thats really saying something. I really fed up of the customer support who ain't there to support the customers. So I am going to go higher up the chain and speak to someone who ain't mentally challenged and who is not going to reply with just. Well I don't know I have no info on that or I don't know I cant say coz I don't know. Phone numbers for some boss kinda ppl so I can call them please.

I had purchased Mobile Model # C510 on 13 June 2010. However, soon my mobile went dead and I submitted (Work order # SE310RT317708) this to Sony Ericsson Service Center (RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, Pune) on 7 Aug 2010. They informed me that there is some problem with the motherboard of the mobile and it need to be sent to the factory for replacement, for which they said it would take 15-20 days of time. However, now it is close to two months and till date I have not received my mobile. Upon repeated calling they just say it would be done in weeks time, dont know when that week would come. I also, called up your call center for the same (Ref # 88390486 and 88429925) and they said it would be done in a couple of days time, however, I have not received my mobile till date. My concern:Is Sony Erricsson so irresponsible towards its customers?

8GB microSD works fine in computer but not in my Naite. During a file transfer process it prompts: 'Memory full. Delete one or more files of your choice' even when there is sufficient memory in the memory card. After this the memory card ceases to be detected by the phone and it hangs. I have to restart to resume normal functioning. Is there any problem due to the maximum limit of the memory card used? Memory cards below 8GB works fine in the phone.

I previously had My Satio drivers along with the latest version of PC Suite installed and working just fine with the 32-bit version of Windows 7. But now when I use the 64-bit version the application installs all the drivers and even loads. However, when I connect my Satio via USB, it gives driver error (unrecognized). It seems SE didn't provide support for the 64-bit version OS.

I am getting extremely frustrated with my video call on my Satio. My husband has the same phone and we both are having trouble. It says that my network does not support it but both our AT&T plans are unlimited Data and messaging. What can I do to fix this? My husband is 3000 miles away and I want to see him!

The themes creator from the SE website doesnt seem to support Vivaz. I downloaded the software, but when i was finally able to create a theme, my Vivaz doesn recognize files with extensions ".thm" and ".utz"... the SE Vivaz is not in the drop down menu for the choices of the model where i can apply the theme.

I have recently bought Spiro and updated the software. Now I wanted to update the contacts from my old W200i to this one. Checked SYNC but Spiro doesn't come up in the list of the phones. Some forum digging made me realize that Spiro is also not compatible with PC Suite too. Will Spiro support PC Suite/Online Sync in the near future or SE? Except for some connector issues my W200i had worked brilliantly. I wanted Spiro to tide some time till I get an android from SE only. I have advocated SE to the point of being labeled a fanboy and now this. I am having serious doubt about SE's commitment towards its consumers.

I use windows live as my IM client, hence my first instinct when entering the IM app was to input my details and the app would do all the work, but I saw a blank field asking for the web address of the IM server. I have tried all kinds of addresses and searched all sorts of sites for the right address, but I still get the "cannot connect to the service" error.

I have a problem connecting my Aino to PC when using update service. I try to connect it while pressing C button. Update service software doesn't recognize it and a balloon shows up from my task bar with the message "Found new hardware". I click it and my system freezes. I also have tried to connect it while pressing 5 as I read through the other threads but the same problem happens.

I installed the SE PC suite & backed up everything on my phone next I installed the update service & tried to update my phone it is not getting recognized at all following the instructions properly, ie: Shut down fully charged phone, remove battery and re-insert. Do NOT power on phone. run updater, plug phone in while holding "c". the phone shows up as a device in windows XP after about a minute, but it never gets recognized by the updater. however the PC suite beeps & sees the phone ok. what's the deal here, am I missing something? if PC suite & my computer are able to see the phone, why isn't the updater? also having the same issue with a2uploader, it doesn't see the phone at all

Up till a few months ago I regularly used TrackID on my Sony Ericson W580i to identify tracks on my local radio station (DJ's are USELESS they never say what the tracks are called!) But the last few months I keep getting the message 'Service Not Available' after the sound sample has been sent to wherever it goes. I understand the service itself is free, but in order to use the service you need to send the sound sample to get it analyzed and you have to pay a 'data transmission charge'. Has Sony discontinued the service? Or have they updated the Track ID system and I need to update my phone? Would save me having to text the DJ's for the track names.

My Vivaz is having problems by saying I have used all the phone memory, when I haven't. I check the memory and apparently there is 33mb used by "other". There is no "other!". So I was thinking of updating my phone to wipe it and start again and see if this fixes the problem. I downloaded a newer version of the update service for my computer, turn off my phone, take out the battery, re insert the battery, hold the call button, plug the usb in and after a good while, still nothing has happened. And then the update service decided to freeze and won't let me exit so I keep having to restart my computer. What is wrong with the update service/my phone?

Is it possible to save games and applications when using SE update service? When I use the update manager built in the phone, it says "no new updates available ", but SE update service finds a new update for the phone, but I don't want to loose all my applications, I've payed for many of them and such. My phone was working properly. Then it went to a screen with the following message: "Configuration error. Please contact your network or service provider". The phone can receive incoming calls, but that is it. I have tried the update service. Result - Your phone has the latest software update.
Using the SE PC Suite, and connecting by using the USB cable, a list of folders is displayed which are empty. Using the "Phone Repair" from the SE PC Suite, and after following the instructions, the only result is - "Update Failed". Please can someone assist me in sorting out this problem?

I just bought my Hazel yesterday night, trying the WiFi n widget (which only appear in some theme and have 5 widgets appear) and found that a lot of the applications are not there, so as advice in written in paper inside the box, I downloaded the update service software into PC and update to my phone this morning and while doing a light browsing, was amaze that I have whole lot of new applications, games and even theme, but at later of the day, I found out that the I cant surf the net through WiFi, I was able to connect to WiFi, but was unable to surf the Internet.

I had to reprogram my K800i and lost all my settings. I've got it all set up except for the earpiece volume which is typically low in this model. The fix is to set it in the service menu. When I go to the secret service menu to raise the earpiece volume, it allows me to change it, I hit ok. If I go back, it is at the old level, not the one I just set.
So is it really not saving it or just going to a default level? If it is not saving it, what could be wrong? I have updated the service to the latest one and my phone is not a locked version. I would test it but it is midnight here and I don't wake anyone to have them give me a test call. (no land line either)

I had been trying to update my Satio's software. It just could not update for me even after I press the call key at the 5th step for more than 10 mins! The top right hand corner bar never moves to "confirm" it just stays at "connect". Can anyone kindly help me? I really don't want to make a trip down to the Service Center as updating of software takes more than a week!

I'm trying to download a new software update for my W760a, because it tells me it cannot add anymore contacts and I can't recieve or send texts/ phone calls. When I try to go to the software updates on the W760a hompepage, it loads a blank page. It just says on the tab "Sony Ericsson Support Phones Topic Updateserviceapplication W760a", and loads a blank page. Please help me with this problem as I wish to continue using my new phone.
